In 1994, the company moved to its current location in Liberty across from the courthouse. It has since become one of the most well-known artisanal coffee businesses in the United States.
Liberty is a small town in Ozark County, Missouri, United States. The population was 554 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Springfield Metropolitan Statistical Area. Liberty is named after James K. Polk, 24th President of the United States (1849-53). The town plat for Liberty was filed on November 1, 1875 and served as a model for towns to follow in Osage and Randolph Counties. The first post office opened in 1876. In 1886, theIowa Central Railway built a line from Liberty to Florissant and soon other companies followed suit bringing Liberty into what would become an agricultural society with many large farms located around it. In 1920, Mahlon Hixon donated land to form what would be known as Hixon Park which includes an amusement park now called "Hixon Park" seasonally open during the summer months only for children 10 years or younger while adults are allowed to enter with an adult permission slip if they are accompanied by a child under 16 years old; this usage still continues today as "Hixon Park". In 1951, it was renamed "Liberty" after James K. Polk because he had donated $10 000 towards its construction which made it one of the earliest community namesakes in Missouri history. With growth came controversy over who could live in Liberty and how much individual wealth could be stored there as well as public transportation becoming less available due to increased traffic congestion outside of town boundaries; however, these issues have been largely resolved through annexation by neighboring communities since then making Liberty one of the most suburbanized areas in Missouri . The significant buildings located within liberty include: The Masonic Temple (now used as apartments), First Baptist Church (now used as apartments), Jacobs Chapel (a private school once operated by Presbyterian missionaries), School District No. 1 District Office Building (now used as apartments) and Post Office building number 2 currently occupied by CVS Pharmacy; all were designed by architects John Blythe and Hiram Latham with assistance from local contractor Willard Dixon Sr.. Today's downtown contains only a few small shops that originated back when shopping restrictions were put into place such as Donahue's Restaurant & Bakery being closed down permanently due to health concerns about lead poisoning posed by customers eating there using lead pencils even though no lead was ever found on any food items purchased from that establishment .....

Liberty, Missouri is a town in Clay County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,733 at the 2010 census. It was established in 1836 as a Mormon settlement on the banks of the Saline River. In 1838 it became an independent community and was renamed Liberty because of its refusal to recognize slavery. The town flourished until the American Civil War when it lost most of its residents to Confederate recruitment efforts.
