In 1916, The First National Bank merged with the American Trust Company of Jersey City and became the American Trust Corporation of Jersey City (ATJ). At this time, coffee gifts were becoming more common and often included notes or cups/coffee mugs made by either company’s employees or friends/family members. The popularity of coffee continued to grow during World War II because people were using it as an emergency drink due to rationing regulations at home. During that time, many businesses across America offered their customers free samples of their favorite mug or cup of java just for signing up! With so many different types of coffee available during wartime, it was no wonder why some people decided to get themselves a set of three different types! In 1961, The American Trust Corporation merged with Riddle Coffee & Tea Inc., which created The Riddle Companies LLC. But thanks to Mr. Bob Haggerty who started selling individual cups/mugs online in 2001-2002), we are still able to enjoy our favorite mug today!

Englewood was formed on March 12, 1688 from part of North Caldwell Township. The first settlers were led by John Engle and his brother-in-law Robert Livingston. In 1714, George Washington passed through Englewood on his way to battle at Princeton; he stopped at the home of Deputy Governor Nicholas Netherland and left an impressed letter behind that has been preserved to this day. For over 250 years since its incorporation as a township, Englewood has played an important role in the community and culture of Middlesex County. The town center is located in the northwestern corner of the township with several large cultural institutions located there including: Rutgers University's School of Visual Arts (Rutgers' main campus), Emerson College (serving as both a college preparatory school and undergraduate college), Morristown National Historical Park (containing many old defensive positions used during World War II) and First Presbyterian Church (founded by Scotch-Irish Presbyterians). There are also several small businesses scattered throughout the town limits which provide employment for many people in undistinguished but local industries such as clothing manufacturing or paper production. There are also some notable residents who have resided in Englewood for centuries but remain largely inactive residents such as Daniel Webster who lived here from 1784 until his death in 1841, Babe Ruth who spent most of his childhood here before moving to Boston after being drafted into service in 1917, and former Mayor Raymond Kelly whose father came to America from Ireland when Kelly was born in 1955. Until recentlyEnglewood was considered one of the most affluent townships within Middlesex County due to its high concentration of expensive homes built between 1920 and 1970 centered around three major avenues: Oneida Avenue/Route 9A east/west via Route 29A northbound/southbound; Spring Garden Road east side via Route 3A northbound/southbound; Andover Road northwest side via Route 9W northbound/southbound). However these days much property along Oneida Avenue has been sold off for development including areas bordering Newark Liberty International Airport which now form part of Community District 2 adjacent to Newark Penn Station making it difficult for anyone living there to maintain their high levelOf living standards while still remaining withinEnglewood boundaries
The Englewood community was first settled in 1760 by the British. The area became a part of New Jersey in 1776 and was named for George Washington, the first U.S. President. The town was founded on the site of what is now known as the Englewood Cemetery. In 1801, Englewood became a borough and remained so until 1959 when it became a city.
