The police gift history of officer Bob can be traced back to at least 1971. At that time, officer Bob was assigned to the department's Criminal Investigation Bureau. During his time with the bureau, officer Bob purchased a number of gifts for fellow officers and members of the department. These items included but were not limited to: law enforcement gear, handcuffs, radios, and other such technology. In 1984, officer Bob was transferred to the Patrol Division where he continued to purchase Gifts for Officers and Members of The Department. In 1993, officer Bob was promoted to Sergeant and began serving as an instructor at The Police Academy. Between 2001-2002, Officer Bob served as the Commanding Officer for The Police Training Unit. During this time period, Officer Bob also made donations towards the department's coffers in order to fund new equipment and training opportunities for our officers.

Despite these challenges and some recent setbacks (most notably after the 2013 tornado outbreak), overall life seems relatively normal considering thatStillwater is just slightly larger than Tulsa proper - home to around 130 thousand residents – making it one of America’s smallest cities by population size but with an important cultural heritage that makes it worth preserving for future generations

The Stillwagon brothers were the first settlers in Stillwater and they started a grocery store and post office. In 1916, the name of the town was changed to Oklahoma City to reflect its growing importance. The city grew quickly and by 1920, it had over 20,000 residents. Oklahoma City became an important center for business and politics during the Progressive Era. In 1930,Oklahoma City hosted the world's first international trade fair called "The Great Depression Exhibit." The city continued to grow as a center for industry and commerce until the early 1960s when it began to experience significant decline due to suburbanization and other economic factors.
