This helped change how people thought about coffee – now everyone could enjoy its taste without having to go out into the cold winter weather!!! The introduction of railways allowed farmers throughout Europe to transportation their crops closer to market!! Once these new methods became available, quality standards increased drastically!!!! With better transportation systems came better prices for Arabica beans!!!! In 1863, French chemist Louis Lecoq discovered that roasted Arabica beans contained all 7 flavors that we know today!!!
