In 1999, the Coffee House moved to its current location and reopened as the Gourmet Coffee Warehouse. In 2003, they began serving espresso drinks. In 2007, they added a bake sale to their menu. In 2009, the Gourmet Coffee Warehouse closed for good but reopened under new ownership as molecular gastronomy restaurant molecular cafe seabrook tx. They continue to serve espresso drinks and sell food items such as pizza, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
Seabrook is a town located in Cameron County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,865 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Austin–Round Rock metropolitan area. The Seabrook post office has been in operation since 1875. The first settler in what is now Seabrook was John McAllister who arrived in 1853 from Scotland. He founded a small farm on the banks of the Trinity River and named it after his family's home country: Scotland Yard (now Edinburgh). In 1867, David Browning bought land near what is now Seabrook for $1,000 from Alexander McKay. He built a log cabin and named it "Browning's Cabin." In 1870, he married Anna Hutchison and they farmed there until their death in 1901. Their son Milton Hutton Browning also farmed there until 1917 when he sold the land to Byron Wirtz who then developed it into an agricultural community with homes, stores and schools. Byron Wirtz lived at "Wirtz Manor" which still stands on east side of town across from Historic Johnson School (now used as apartments). From 1916-1941, Wirtz was Mayor of Seabrook while his wife Bertha ran the government store which later became known as Mrs. Wirtz's Store & Bakery. In 1941-1945, William Ritchie served as Mayor after Bertha died suddenly; during this time Seabrook went through some significant growth due to World War II military production activities conducted by nearby Research Park barracks/ plants such as Mayflower Aircraft Factory #2 which produced P-38 Lightning fighter planes and similar items; during these years many businesses were closed or converted into housing units including Mrs. Wirtz’s Store & Bakery which became Myer Department Stores Incorporated where resides today one remaining building from those times along with other remnants from that era located just off US 183 between FM 536 & FM 620

At first only small doses were made available to friends and family; however, within two years large quantities had been shipped back to Rotterdam for distribution throughout Holland and Belgium (where they continued being traded until 1803). Dutch traders also discovered Java during their travels there in 1602-3 when they tasted Kaffir tea brewed from dried cinchona berries which led them to believe that Java must be an island rather than part of Asia
