The USS Enterprise (CVN-68) was the first ship of the United States Navy to deployment in support of Operation Desert Storm in 1990. The ship departed Seabrook, Texas on October 16, 1990 and arrived at Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan on November 2. She deployed with Task Group 44.7.1 which sailed from Japan on November 9th and landed troops at Al Ain airbase in Kuwait on December 8th. The Enterprise then sailed back home to Seabrook on January 10, 1991 after completing her 7th deployment. This event is significant because it marked the first time a US Navy ship had deployments outside of North America since World War II when USS Constitution (CV-4) served in the Pacific theatre during the war years 1945-1949. It also demonstrated that there was a need for more warships in the navy as technology changed and new wars emerged such as Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990 which required USS George H.W Bush (CVN 72) to be sent to participate in Operation Desert Storm while CVN 68 remained homeported at Yokosukafor logistical reasons only

The USS Constitution was a ship of the United States Navy and saw service during the American Revolution. She served as flagship of Commodore John Rodgers during his blockade of Vera Cruz, Mexico. On July 16, 1809, she sailed from San Francisco to appear before the Spanish court at Vera Cruz as part of an agreement between Commodore Rodgers and King Ferdinand VII of Spain. After fulfilling her role as a peace envoy, she returned home on Sept. 12, 1810. In 1830, the USS Constitution was reactivated in Mobile Bay for service in Mexican Independence War against Antonio López de Santa Anna's forces. During her time out of port she underwent repairs that included adding a new deckhouse and engineering plant aft and one forward along with additional cannons for shore defense purposes; all this while remaining seaworthy due to her shallow draught (only 5 feet 9 inches).
Seabrook is a small town in Williamson County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,515 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area. The town was founded in 1871 by David Seabrook and his family. The first post office was opened in 1872. In 1907, Seabrook had a population of 2,000 people and incorporated as a city. In 1960, the city merged with neighboring Arlington to form Arlington-Seabrook-Arlington Heights. The last mayor of Arlington-Seabrook-Arlington Heights was Bud Seligman in 1984. In 2002, developers began developing a massive shopping center called "The Crossing" on IH 10 near Seabrook's downtown area; it would contain over 1 million square feet (1009 m2) of retail space and several thousand jobs. The project never materialized and the land now serves as housing for residents of nearby Irving Park Village. In 2013, developer Tom Benson bought the former home of George Bush Sr.'s father JebBush for $240 million; he plans to turn it into an 881-acre (3 km2) luxury estate called "Presidential Place". The development has been met with mixed reactions from locals who feel that it will reduce access to local farmland while increasing traffic around the busy highway interchange where Presidential Place will sit

These schools include Central High School which is located within the town boundaries; Northfield High School which is adjacent to Northfield Mall; South Park Elementary School which is located within spitting distance of South Park Lake; and Centennial Middle School which sits on seashore so students can get a good view of the water during their lunchtime break!
The first white settlers in Seabrook, Texas were James and Mary White. They arrived in 1835 and started a small farming operation. By 1840, the Whites had erected a log cabin on the present-day site of Seabrook. The early town was named for John Seabrook, an American Revolutionary War veteran who fought in the Battle of Bunker Hill. In 1847, the White family sold their farm to George Waggoner and his wife Sarah. The couple changed the name to Waggoner & Company and began a manufacturing business that produced goods such as shoes, hats, saddles and other equestrian products. Over time, Waggoner & Company became one of the largest commercial entities in Seabrook. In 1896, company president Hiram Aaronson donated land to build a new McCormick House Museum which now houses exhibits about local history and culture.
