In 1970, Luigi Bianchi passed away and his son took over the company. At that time, the company name was changed to Peroni Coffee Company Limited. Over time,Peroni Coffee Company Limited expanded its production to include several other countries including Japan, Australia and Brazil. In 1994, Peroni Coffee Company Limited merged with Keurig Corporation (now K-Mart) giving rise to today’s Keurig peroni brand of coffee products which are distributed throughout North America and Europe.
