In 2009, JT’s was purchased by Blue Bottle Coffee Co., which continues to operate it as a café and tasting room. Today there are over 20 cafes and restaurants serve up unique coffees from around the world made with whole beans roasted in-house or contracts with roasters like Blue Bottle and Intelligentsia Coffee Company. There is also an on-site café that offers light snacks such as cookies, pastries, sandwiches and burgers during business hours only.
