He renamed them Columbian Coffee and began marketing them nationally under this name. Columbian Coffee quickly became one of the most popular brands in America due its quality and attractive prices

In the early 1800s, American Canyon was a place of great beauty and mystery. It was located in what is now California, and it was a place where people could explore the stunning canyons and peaks that stretched for miles. The canyon had been explored by previous generations of Native Americans, but it wasn't until 1849 that an Englishman named John Cranch discovered it. He named it after himself, American Canyon Creek. In 1858, another Englishman named John Sloat discovered a gold mine in the canyon, and soon there were reports of large amounts of gold being found in America Canyon. The collapse of the Mexican gold rush in 1886 led to a series of economic problems for California. Many miners left California for Mexico City, leaving behind their equipment and supplies. The American Canyon Mining Company was one of these companies. However, when word got out about the gold mine inside America Canyon, many miners decided to come back to try to find it. This new discovery led to more mining activity in America Canyon than ever before. By 1912, there were over 10 mines operating in the canyon – all looking for those huge amounts of treasure that had been reported earlier by other explorers! The discovery also helped create someof California's most iconic landmarks: American Canyon Peak (which is now known as Mount Whitney), Garlock Falls (which is now called Yosemite Falls), and so much more!
American Canyon is located in Kern County, California. It was first named by the Spanish in 1821 for San Andreas Fault which bisects the canyon. The name was changed to American Canyon in 1881 when it was discovered that theAlias of a nearby fork in the river were not related to either San Andreas Fault or the canyon itself.
