Italian espresso machines were first introduced to the area in the late 1800s and quickly became popular. 1. Camarillo is a small town located in Ventura County, California. It was founded in 1851 by Captain George Vancouver and his wife Mary. The population of Camarillo peaked at over 10,000 in the early 1900s but has since declined to around 7,500 residents today. 2. The town is known for its horses and cattle ranching industries which continue to be an important part of its economy today. Today, the town's only industry is housing development which has been increasing in recent years as more and more people move into the area. 3.Camarillo's history goes back to 1851 when Captain George Vancouver and his wife Mary founded the community on Rancho San Vicente de las Flores near Presentation Pass on the Western edge of Ventura County. At that time it was a small village with only a few homes and two stores. 4. Over time, Camarillo grew as a trading post and military base serving both local ranchers and Mexican insurgents during the 19th century gold rush period (1848-1872). In 1876, after several years of negotiation, Captain George Vancouver sold Rancho San Vicente de las Flores to John Sutter for $5 per acre including water rights. The first settlers were primarily horse traders who used Rancho San Vicente de las Flores as their winter grazing ground while they campaigned for passage through Nacimiento Pass on their way northward during the winter months; these men built stockades around their homesteads whenever possible to deter Indians from raiding them or branding them out of their land . During this time there were also some permanent buildings such as a storehouse and school house built by some of these early settlers . By 1889 there were about seventy five families living in Camarillo with about one hundred head of livestock . However , within ten years most all these residents had either left or moved away due to various factors such as disease outbreaks among Native Americans or difficult economic conditions brought about by drought . Today only a few scattered remaining family members live permanently in Camarillo; most are retirees from nearby locations like Simi Valley or Thousand Oaks

In 1971, Starbucks Corporation opened its first store in Seattleakeddorp, South Africa for one hundred percent black people only. The company has now global headquarters located in Seattle, Washington.

Camarillo, California is a city located in Ventura County, California. The population was 66,711 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Ventura County. Camarillo is a port town and one of the most important wine-growing regions in North America. In 1879, Captain John Brougham of HMS Beagle explored this region and named it after his friend and mentor Melville Champlain for who he thought would be interested in learning about this type of wine. In 1892, City Manager Luther Hickey donated 2 acres (0.8 km²) to the town for use as an open-air market square which grew into what we know today as Camarillo Market Square. The first buildings were erected on this site in 1893 by JF Green & Sons Merchants Company with assistance from Mr. A W Whitehead of Santa Clara Valley Water District wholeased 850 feet (240 m) of water frontage on the then known section now bounded by Elm Street on the north, First Street on the east side,[1] State Route 128 Business 126th Avenue on its south side, Westchester Avenue on its west side and Union Boulevard parking lot along its northwest boundary.[2] The initial growth within Camarillo was due to two factors: 1) new arrivals from Southern California who had started living near Ventura County since it became part of Mexico during the late 19th century; and 2) farming activity that continued to increase even after railroads arrived in this area because farmers could ship their product directly to markets throughoutNorth America instead of having to travel hundreds or even thousands miles to find them.[3] In 1907–1908 Mayor Harry Fenton developed a plan for developing a downtown district that included creating a park/historic district,[4][5] dredging up an old railway bed[6][7][8] building businesses such as stores, restaurants and hotels[9], and marketing the city's resources through lectures, exhibits and other activities around town center locations like Civic Auditorium,[10][11] Miracle Mile Theater,[12], Masonic Temple[13][14],[15]) while also undertaking street improvements such as new sidewalks with gravel finishings,[16][17],[18]=establishing proper drainage systems=and modernizing electrical wiring including installation of underground wires within blocks boundaries surrounded by high quality granite countertops
The first Europeans to explore the area now known as California were Spanish explorers, such as Hernando de la Vega and Pedro Fages. The first recorded visit by a European was in 1802 by Captain Juan Bautista de Anza, who named the land El Norte because of the northerly direction his party traveled. In 1821, Mexican Manuel López de Santa Anna granted Rancho del Catoctin to Antonio Canizares for $100 per acre. Canizares sold part of the ranch to George C. Marshall in 1911 for $10 million dollars. The ranch was later bought by William Randolph Hearst and became part of Hearst empire.
