It was said that Lieutenant General Carl Spaatz , commanderof RAF Fighter Command personally donated this shelter for free In 1951, Admiral Chester Nimitz awardedUSS Constitution (CV-2) with her third star for her heroism in support of Operation Great White Hope which involved transporting troopships loaded with supplies upriver towards Pusan Perimeter before they were bombed by North Korean forces On December 8th 1951 Constitution came under fire from North Korean artillery while delivered at Chosin Reservoir north of Seoul Korea She selflessly fought off all 20 enemy gunners with no loss to herself In total she fired over 175 rounds without stopping however one round did hit her auxiliary dock causing minor damage

Camarillo, California is a small town in the San Joaquin Valley of southern California. It's located about an hour east of Fresno, the largest city in county and home to over 250,000 people. Camarillo is part of the Hanford metropolitan area and is adjacent to Richland County. The population was estimated at 103,844 as of 2010. The first European to visit what is now Camarillo was Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo on September 14, 1542. He named it Isla de la Cañada (Island of the Cliff). Spanish explorer López de Legazpi discovered Monterey Peninsula on November 8, 1769 while sailing for Spain under Captain José Francisco Manuel Encinas andCaptain Vicente Nieto under Mexico's Admiral Antonio Cano. During Mexican rule until 1821, all land south of Bakersfield was owned by either Mexico or the United States. In that year Proposition 14 was passed by California voters which granted land east of Bakersfield to Los Angeles County as part of a comprehensive realignment plan sponsored by Governor John Alamo and Senator Fernando Woodbury. This area became known as Rancho Cucamonga after James Irvine who bought it in 1887 from José María Carrillo y Campos and subdivided it into parcels for sale. The name "Cimarillos" originated with Santiago Cabrera who came from this region in 1795 during his exploratory trip through central California looking for gold deposits near Stockton Harbor on the San Francisco Bay Bridge where he sighted Mount Diablo but did not find any gold resources worth exploring further than that point because no one had ever traveled this far inland before then! In 1872 Santiago Cabrera's grandson Don Manuel Cabrera attempted unsuccessfully to establish a water route from Carpinteria Creek northward through present-day Isla Vista using wagon trains escorted by Marines led by Commodore David Dixon aboard USS Constitution soon after Commodore Dixon discovered new land between Carpinteria Creek and Mount Shasta along today's I-5 corridor north of Sacramento; however this effort failed when most supplies ran out before they reached their destination due primarily to bad weather conditions at various points along their route including winter storms which destroyed wagons checking them out regularly along their way! Don Manuel Cabrera next tried reaching Carpinteria Creek abovepresent-day Antelope Valley when he built a bridge across said creek near present-day Crescent City on October 3rd 1875– four years later! However another unsuccessful attempt occurred when many supplies ran short due mainly again to bad weather conditions; these bridges were finally replaced with current day ones only two weeks ago!! In 1886 Santiago Cabrera's great grandson Miguel Cabrera established a rancho (farm) at what is now Camarillo about two miles northeast cornerof intersectionof Highway 99W & Highway 36W & current day Route 66E

Camarillo, California is a city in Ventura County, California. The population was 34,763 at the 2010 census. It is the second most populous city in Ventura County after Santa Paula and it is also the largest city in San Luis Obispo County. Camarillo is located on the former Rancho Laguna land grant which was given to Juan Bautista Alvarado by Governor Manuel Nieto in 1969. The first people to live here were Missionaries of Our Lady of Guadalupe who built a small mission near what is now downtown Camarillo on December 12, 1821. A year later, on January 3, 1822 Ute Indians from Northern Mexico attacked and burned down the original mission complex as part of their raids into central California along the Santa Clara River Valley. The Missionaries rebuilt nearby onland and continued to operate until 1772 when they joined with other missions under Mexican colonial control at Monterey Bay for protection from Spanish settlers seeking annexation into Mexico City. After Mexican independence was achieved in 1821, rancho grants were granted to various families and individuals across central California including Juan Bautista Alvarado’s brother-in-law Antonio Cabrillo who settled at Laguna de la Cañada (Laguna) east of modern Camarillo about 1824-25; José Joaquín Carpio who founded Carpinteria; Eustaquio Nunez whose family owned Rancho Rinconada south of town between Mulholland Drive and state Route 166; Fernando Ortiz who became one of America’s first large landowners outside Los Angeles County; Padre Manuel Porres organized a Catholic mission detachment from Monterey Bay for service here between May 6-July 10, 1830; Antonio Noboa arrived from Chile with 60 soldiers on horseback October 15th 1830 carryingMission San Gabriel Arcángel back from Mexicali loaded with supplies for this new post about four miles northeast of present day downtown Camarillo On February 14th 1836 Don José Moreno established Presidio del Norte north of town along SR 166 just beyond where US 101 meets SR 126 today (the current boundaries).
