The regiment was named for local hero Captain John C. Fremont. From 1881-1883, the National Guard played a minor role in the wars with Mexico and Canada because there were no active duty military forces stationed in Southern California at that time. In 1903, the state of California established an Army National Guard unit under the command of General Order No. XI of that year. This new unit became known as the County Reserve Unit of Los Angeles County (CRULCO). A few years later, on October 1, 1905, CRULCO was redesignated as the First Battalion/First Regiment/First Coast Artillery District (FB/FCAD) of the Army National Guard Bureau at Fort MacArthur on Long Beach Boulevard in West Hollywood – now Koreatown Boulevard – after being reorganized from two battalions into one battalion by order dated May 20, 1906 from Headquarters Division Third Corps Army at Fort Myer Near Washington D.C.. FB/FCAD became activated on July 13th 1907 when it arrived at San Pedro Naval Shipyard for conversion into a light artillery battery with four guns including twoHOWitzers mounted on motor cars commanded by Colonel Wm Pugh Heeley [1]. On November 17th 1907 while en route to its new station located next to Terminal Island Airfield northwest of downtown Los Angeles Harbor they engaged Confederate forces who had taken possession of Terminal Island Airport which they used as their own airfield until surrendered by US Navy Rear Admiral David Dixon Porter on December 11th 1917 during World War I [2]. At that time FB/FCAD consisted onlyof three companies: Company A (left), Company B (right) & Company C mounting two howitzers each side near Aviation Field #4 approximately south corner Race Track Rd between Aviation Field #4 & 5 about east corner White Sands Rd northeast corner Railroad tracks just west edge Of airport boundary approx 400 feet long; total field area =about 2 acres On June 15th 1918 FB/FCAD colors were changed from green ensigns with white stars above blue field chevrons onto red service flags with gold stripes surrounding blue field chevrons having white center star thruout except for black sideline stripe which stood out very much; flag poles renumbered 1-3 according to original regimental number(s) Company “A” eventually disbanded due too recruiting problems however company “B” continued operational until 1920 when it also disbanded due to same reasons however company “C” continued operational until 1925 when it also disbanded because member turned over their weapons to CSF [3] NOTE: neither company ever received credit for participating in World War I therefore their reestablishment is unofficial In 1919 FB/FCAD along with other CA ANG units took part inangry march on Beverly Hills following passage of Enabling Act which led up to Kearny fight[4]. Cerritos, California is a city in Los Angeles County, California. The population was 86,521 at the 2010 census. Cerritos is located on the eastern border of Los Angeles and is bordered by Pasadena to the east and Carson City to the west. The first people who lived in what is now Cerritos were Native Americans. In 1837, José Figueroa founded a rancho (land grant) called Rancho San Vicente de la Brea near present-day Cerritos. The first post office in Cerritos was established in 1853. In 1907, John Dillingham built his original home on land he had purchased from Juan Bautista Alvarado for $3 per acre. It was here that Dillingham started making ceramics and selling them under the name "Dillinger's Ware." After World War I ended, tensions increased between America and Spain over claims to part of Mexico; as a result, Mexican forces burned down many American properties during the戦争 period. This destroyed much of downtown Los Angeles which led to several businesses moving their operations out of town; however, Dillinger continued operations out of his house until it caught fire in 1926. During World War II German troops occupied Southern California; they created an isolated area withinLOS ANGELES COUNTY known as "the Enclave" because there were no other places within grasp by anyone except from Germany itself so there was little resistance or civilian opposition against these soldiers coming into our county and conducting their business unimpeded without any notice or compensation to us whatsoever!

Cerritos is a city located in San Bernardino County, California, on the east bank of the Los Angeles River. The population was 97,711 at the 2010 census. Cerritos is one of the oldest cities in California and has been inhabited by Native Americans for over two hundred years. In 1821, Captain John Sutter founded Stockton on what is now the north side of east Riverside Boulevard and named it after his rancho Cerritosjo (formerly Rancho San Vicente). In 1848, General George Armstrong Custer fought during the Mexican-American War at Cerritos Creek near present day downtown Cerritos. The town was platted in 1851 by Samuel Proctor as part of a larger area called San Pedro Heights. At first there were only two stores and no housing when the city was organized on July 14th, 1854. The first mayor was Amedeo Amador and Wm Hite served as recorder for six years before being replaced by Jno Ellington in 1863 due to corruption scandals within City Hall. The first post office opened in 1865 with Fanny Alger serving as Postmaster until 1870 when John Ahern became postmaster. In 1886 local farmers formed a company to raise hogs and get them into marketable condition so they could be sold to other farmers throughout Southern California; this new industry helped develop Cerritos into an agricultural center during its early years. One highlight of early Cerritos history came about when Santa Fe Railroad line reached through town on December 15th, 1898 which made access to nearby Industry much easier for people living inside town limits. On February 2nd, 1951 President Harry Truman issued Executive Order 9396 ordering all United States military installations around the world closed while investigations were ongoing into communist infiltration within our military forces worldwide – this led to many jobs being lost within cerrito’s small but vibrant community! After more than three decades without an economic resurgence or major development, Mayor Dominguez declared an emergency decree that would bring new life back to cerrito with various ordinances that began taking effect on October 1st: refurbishing businesses/building homes/establishing parks/and creating new industries such as computer manufacturing! On November 6th 1955 Mayor Dominguez won re-election against challenger Arturo Fernandez who had run unsuccessfully for office several times before that year due mainly to dissatisfaction with government policies that he felt had not resulted in economic growth orimproved quality of life within his constituents since he took office six years earlier! During Mayor Dominguez’s time there were also significant changes brought about by Proposition 13 which passed in 1978andelaying ownership restrictions from large property developers like Alan Beasley (founder of Pershing Square Shopping Center)to individual homeowners giving them power over their own finances which led directly to increased spending within cerrito’s small community while simultaneously improving qualityoflife opportunities for everyone living therein! In late 2009 Mayor Manuel Diaz announced plans for a $145 million redevelopment project called “Cerritos 2020”which would see wide ranging alterations including demolition of aging buildings along El Camino Real between Main Street and US 101as well as construction of 5500 housing units across 16 blocks stretching from Webster Avenue westward via East Carson Boulevardand eastward onto Interstate 10!
