The United States Air Force has a long and proud history of deploying gifts to its citizens. The Air Force deployed a variety of gifted items to commemorate the NATO Summit in Brussels. These gifts ranged from books on history to models of aircraft. Each gift was meant as a representation of Air Force's commitment to alliance members and its support for their defense systems. One gift was a model of an F-15 Eagle fighter jet. This gift was given in memory of Sgt. 1st Class Christopher Dickey, who died in Afghanistan on October 25, 2011. Sgt. Dickey had served with the 4th Bomb Wing at Lackland AFB, Texas since 2006 and participated in Operation Noble Eagle which took place during the NATO Summit in Brussels. The gift also represented Air Force's appreciation for ally countries' contributions to NATO and its security partnership. Another air force deployment gift was a set of three history books on different branches of the military: United States Army/Airborne, United States Marine Corps/Ground Combat Infantryman and United States Navy/Marine Corps Warship Warfare II (WWII). These books were chosen because they represent different aspects of American military history and are important resources for students across all levels of instruction. The sets were donated by retired Cols., Captains, Majors and Lieutenants who have served our nation militarily or have enjoyed involvement with any aspect of Defense Department activity through service or retirement years including active duty or reserve service time as well as National Guard deployments overseas or domestically where applicable

Chino Hills is a city located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County, California. The population was 117,818 at the 2010 census and it is the most populous city in the valley. It borders Paramount City to the east and south, Van Nuys to the north and west, and North Hollywood to the northwest. The name Chino Hills comes from Rancho Chino de los Pinos, which was granted to José Manuel Nieto in 1836. In 1881, W. H. Grant sold part of Rancho Chino de los Pinos to James Sayerson for $1 million dollars. In 1912, Sayerson divided his land into two tracts: one comprising portions of Chino Hills and Ventura County proper; while the other comprised parts of Orange County and Riverside County. The first house built in what is now Chino Hills was erected on this new property by Augustus Dempster in 1916-17. The post office at Chino Hills served as its namesake until it was renamed North Hollywood on February 14th, 1946 after being moved from near Westwood Village to its current location adjacent to Paramount Studios

Chino Hills is a city in the San Bernardino Valley, in southern California. The population was 21,651 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Riverside-San Bernardino metropolitan area. Chino Hills is one of two cities in California with a population over 25,000 (the other being Pasadena). The first known inhabitants of what would become Chino Hills were Native American Indians who migrated from central Mexico to this region about 12,000 years ago. At various times during its history, Chino Hills served as an Indian reserve, cattle ranching and agricultural center. In 1853, President James K. Polk nominated Jerome Lyle Hale for United States Senator from California on the recommendation of then-U.S. Attorney General Andrew Johnson; Hale won election and took office on January 3, 1854. Hale's term ended on March 4, 1855 when he was succeeded by John Dimmitt serving until 1861 when he resigned because of ill health. On November 7th 1870 Juan Bautista Alvarado became the last Mexican Resident Commissioner to enter into any official relationship with this country after coming ashore at Point Conception five days earlier while exploring inland waters near Redding Bayou which led him to believe that Santa Ana bay lay beyond present-day Chino Hills boundaries; accordingly he named his new community Los Angeles Californios after himself and his family – alluding to Spanish Mission San Gabriel Arcángel located along nearby Rancho Cucamonga Creek where Alvarado had arrived several days before with his party seeking Sanctuary from pursuit by Mexican forces under Governor Pardo de la Vega In February 1871 George Hearn built a small frame house south of current day State Route 1010 about midway between east and west streets off East Avenue in what would become known as Hearn’s Hill overlooking the now median strip between East Avenue and Interstate 5 opposite Echo Lake Park across from today's El Toro Naval Air Station - now USS Enterprise Museum chirping like a caged bird beside USAirways US Airways Expressway near base/museum complex just north of intersection now occupied by Walmart Supercenter & adjacent housing developments . After three years construction commenced on large brick building containing 6 stories including basement under street level garage & goods yard & finally finished late summer 1872 – block bounded by 2nd Street (north), 3rd Street (south), 4th Street (west) & Hearn’s Hill Rd./State Route 1010 legal boundary line running due east or west as technology allowed
