El Cajon is a small city in San Diego County, California. The population was 27,812 at the 2010 census. It is located on the eastern edge of San Diego and is bordered by Carlsbad to the east, La Mesa to the north, and Oceanside to the west. The El Cajon Pier and Shipyards are located in downtown El Cajon. The first Europeans to visit what is now El Cajon occurred in 1769 when Captains Juan Rodríguez de Mendoza and Gaspar de Portocarrero sailed up the coast from Baja California. From here they observations Mission San Diego de Asís (now part of DowntownSanDiego) which they named "Rancho Real" after King Philip II of Spain's gift to Don Felipe V of Mexico. In 1821 Captain John Sutter established an adobe mission at Point Loma on East Harbor Beach near present-day Mount Lemmon Boulevard in what is now known as Rancho Santa Fe o Rancho Viejo (New Spanish land grant). In 1846 citizens of nearby La Mesa petitioned Governor Manuel Micheltorena for annexation into San Diego County because their farms were being taken away by ranching interests in Carlsbad. On March 12, 1847, under pressure from local officials, Micheltorena granted annexation with all but name change to create a new county called Orange County In 1850 voters approved an act creating El Cajon as a townhips within San Diego County On November 3rd 1870 Samuel Morse founded First National Bank in downtown El Cajon DowntownElCajon quickly became a major commercial center with its many businesses including hotels, stores and restaurants Over time much of this business relocated out onto Interstate 5 or other arterial streets making DowntownElCajon one large open space that attracted people from across Southern California As Interstate 5 expanded southward through southern Riverside County it began cutting through parts of DowntownElCazón making it difficult for pedestrians or cyclists who wanted access to Old TownElCazón

Machiavelli was one of Italy’s most influential political minds and is considered to be the founder of modern politics. He also helped found the Florentine Republic and is considered one of history’s greatest thinkers. Maga coffee continued to be brewed and enjoyed by Italians for many years after Giovanni Maggi's death. In 1852, Luigi Fracastoro founded a company called Fracastoro & Sons in Rome that began producing maga coffee beans. The beans were roasted at Fracastoro's own factory and sold directly to consumers. These days, maga coffee is produced all over the world by different companies, but it still remains incredibly popular in Italy and other parts of Europe.

El Cajon, California is a city in San Diego County, California and the seat of El Cajon Township. The population was 25,824 at the 2010 census. It is located on the eastern edge of San Diego County and bordered by Imperial Valley to the north, and Poway to the east. To its south is La Jolla Lagoon. The first inhabitants of what would become El Cajon were Native Americans who lived along present-day Mission Road near today's intersection of Washington Boulevard and State Route 82. The mission was founded in 1769 by Franciscan missionaries under Mexican rule as Rancho Santa Fe de las Pulgas del Sur for Joseph Fontana, Antonio Sanchez y Ulloa, Manuel Nieto and their families. In 1821, following Mexico's independence from Spain, Alvarado granted Rancho El Cajon to Juan Bautista Encinas for $10 per acre (0.40 ha). Mining operations began in 1858 with discovery of brownstone used in building San Francisco's Civic Center; this led to town growth over time In 1861–1862 two sawmills were built within town boundaries - one on Main Street between First Avenue/Plymouth Road and Second Avenue/Edgewood Drive and another just off US 101 on Waterford Drive near Present-day Colonial Village; both mills operated until 1937 when they were destroyed by fire. A post office was established at El Cajon in 1865; it remained open until 1923 when it was moved to Imperial Beach. In 1898 a group of businessmen organized what became known as "the Monday Night Follies" which featured local bands playing all night long at several venues around town before ending up at the Commodore Ballroom on 5th Avenue where tickets cost $1 each (). That same year real estate developer Charles Waddell purchased some land southeast of town from Jose Ortiz for $2 an acre (0.08 ha) that eventually became Morningside Heights cemetery (now University Circle). Waddell named his development Coalinga which developed into what is now El Cajon Village – including Higueruela Park – while he continued developing property northeastward into present-day La Mesa also becoming part of Morningside Heights Cemetery. When Waddell died in 1920 his will left most of his lands to General Motors Corporation but a small parcel comprising much of modern day City Park still remains undeveloped today outside Morningside Heights Cemetery although there are plans for its redevelopment into mixed-use commercial space with residences aboveground . On July 15, 1932 President Herbert Hoover signed Executive Order 10694 creatingElsdon Municipal Airport adjacent northwest corner lot in excess authorized area opened thereto pursuant thereto originally allotment thereof issued herein December 1st 1931’d be increased thereby . By order dated February 2nd 1933 airport consisted general aviation only obsolescent facilities then included military airfield functions being transferred thence without prejudice thereto In 1934 Angeles National Bank Building lot adjacent telephone exchange opposite entrance now occupied by Post Office Annex housing Department store . El Cajon is a city in San Diego County, California. The population was 33,859 at the 2010 census. It is part of the downtown San Diego area and is adjacent to La Jolla. The first known permanent settlement in El Cajon was in 1875 by American Mormon pioneers led by Brigham Young. The Mormons founded a small town on Rancho Santa Fe near present-day Mission Hills and named it after their missionary leader, George Elizalde. A post office was established at Rancho Santa Fe in 1876, but no one moved there until 1886 when Francisco Sánchez opened a mercantile business there under the name "El Cajon Mercantile & Hotel". The commercial center of El Cajon emerged around World War II as an important site for military production due to its location between two major naval bases - Naval Air Station Miramar and Naval Weapons Station Earle – and its proximity to multiple military installations including Camp Pendleton and Military Air Station Miramar. In 1945, construction began on Naval Base Point Loma which replaced NAFMiramar; this new naval base would become one of America's largest land-based airbases during World War II. In 1957, voters passed an ordinance authorizing the creation of a city charter with powers similar to those enjoyed by cities within county boundaries. On July 1, 1958, El Cajon became an official City of San Diego through incorporation from portions of Escondido and Santeeehue Valley municipalities which had joined the city since 1951.
