Foster City, California is a city in San Francisco County, California. The population was 10,452 at the 2010 census. It is part of the San Francisco–Oakland–Hayward Metropolitan Statistical Area. Each year since 2006, JPL has released "Space Graphics", an annual high-resolution image mosaic created from high resolution photos acquired by their Landsat Data Series satellites during their mission cycle window from April through September.)
