After tasting this unusual drink for herself she decides it needs improvement so she goes on a journey to create her very own version which we now know as espresso! After tasting many different espresso drinks over the years various people decided that rich milk gave it an Aryan taste while strong acids provided body and flavor whereas nonfat milk tasted too sweet for their liking so they began using skimmed milk instead! From this process we got our current form of espresso-Classic Espresso!.
