They're currently located at 915 Nader Rd., next door to Target Store! 5) McAllister's Coffee - This business was started by three friends who met while working at various local stores during the early 1990s. They quickly realized that there was no good place to get your caffeine fix other than inside buildings! After several years worthof research, they decided on opening up their own store on Third Street between Elmhurst Drive and King Drive in 1998!

Hawthorne is a small town in San Diego County, California, United States. The population was 5,811 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tijuana metropolitan area. Hawthorne was founded in 1887 by John Wesley Hawkins and his wife Susan Blythe. The name "Hawthorne" comes from the short story "The Two-Headed Monkey" by Nathaniel Hawthorne. Hawthorne is located on State Route 78, about 30 minutes east of downtown San Diego and 15 minutes south of Tijuana. It is bordered by Santana Park to the north, Encinitas to the east, La Jolla to the south andMission Valley to the west. The community takes its name from an old Spanish mission built there in 1793 which served as a stopping point for travelers coming down the coast from inland missions such as Mission San Gabriel Arcángel and Mission Santa Ysabel. In 1902, when it became apparent that Hawthorne would not grow much larger than a village, John Wesley Hawkins decided to move his family there permanently and named it after him – Hawthorne Village. In 1907 he added two more dwellings: Anvil House (later known as Meadow View) and Starlite House (now known as Brookside). By 1909 all but one home had been built; Anvil House still stands today withcroft addition completed in 1924 . After World War II both Anvil House and Meadowview were demolished due to their deteriorated state; only Starlite House remains standing today. It wasn't until 1951 when development began anew with construction of numerous homes around Kawasaki Road overlooking Highway 78 which has since become known as Hawk's Landing subdivisions or just Hawk's Row throughout most of its history consistent with its original namesake / former address: 810 Kawasaki Rd., SW #2 . Since then many other homes have been built on what used once comprise Hawk's Landing including: Pinnacle Ridge Estates (2002), Sunrise Addition (2003), Vista Ridge Estates (2004), Maverick Oaks(2006), Pacific Crest Estates(2007) & Saguaro Heights(2008). Today Hawks Landing continues to remain largely unchanged overall save for some recent updates like new roofs on many homes across different neighborhoods like civic center/pizza place complex 2016 currently being constructed on abandoned land adjoining Hawk's Landing
