Huntington Park is located in San Bernardino County, California. It is a city of over 120,000 people and the county seat of San Bernardino. The population was estimated to be over 150,000 in 2010. Huntington Park was founded on November 20, 1887 by George Wirt and his wife Cynthia. The city was named for the Huntington family who had beensettlers in this area for years before that. In 1892 the city passed an act creating streets, public squares and other features within its limits were also named after prominent citizens of San Bernardino County at that time including Judge James Hine and Mayor Genoa Burnett. However, these street names did not take effect until 1908 when they were officially approved by the City Council. The first post office in Huntington Park opened on October 25th, 1888. The town gradually grew with businesses opening up to service the increasingly population size of just under 100 residents as early as 1892-1893 In 1898 work began on what would become known as "The White House" which would serve as a meeting place for civic organizations and government officials. Mr Robert Ewing donated land for this purpose which included his home across from current day Post Office Square Completed in 1901-1902 it served as both a hotel/motel and county courthouse until it burned down in 1954 In 1907 management of Pasadena's movie theater system went to Hollywood Pictures who then leased it back to Pasadena City Hall Pasadena subsequently sold ownership back to Hollywood Pictures again in 1952 but returned it to Pasadena City Hall upon their sale This arrangement continued until 1984 when Paramount theaters closed down throughout most of Southern California due to economic recession . On May 15th 1984 moviegoers from all over Los Angeles attended a "last stand" screening of "Ender's Game" at Metro-Goldwyn Mayer Studios whereupon owner MGM reassembled all their movies there once again resulting in some spectacular shows such as two nights solid operations running concurrently during summer months

The program honors those who have made a significant impact on the USAF through their donations, service or sacrifice. AFDG was created to help ensure that no one is left behind when members of the USAF leave service. The AFDG program began in 1974 as the United States Air Forces Overseas Exchange Service (USAFEOS). USAFEOS was established to provide a unique and lasting relational experience for airmen and women stationed abroad. Through our exchange services, we enabled military members from many countries to come together and build relationships of trust, friendship and respect. As we continue our legacy, it is important for us to remember those who have made a difference in our history – from pilots flying strategic bombers into combat during World War II to today’s servicemen and women serving overseas with distinction. Today, AFDG celebrates its 25th anniversary! In honor of these milestone moments, we are hosting a series of special events commemorating AFB's past contributions. These events include an open house at Lackland AFB on November 15th, 2016; an airborne Command & General Staff Association luncheon on December 1st; and an Awards Banquet honoring commanders/leadership positions within the USAF at Andrews AFB on January 14th 2017. There will also be several ceremonies throughout fiscal year 2017 including an induction ceremony into the Air Force Hall of Fame on October 18th; presentation of medals by Secretary Mattis at Joint Base McGuire-Leeson; retirement exercises for retired officers/majors on November 6th; and activation day commemoration at Maxwell AFB - home field of Operation Desert Shield/Operation Iraqi Freedom!
