Tactical coffee is a type of coffee that has been used for centuries in warfare. It is an excellent source of caffeine and antioxidants, and can be brewed quickly and with little heat. Tactical coffee can be used as a standalone drink or added to other drinks in order to intensify the flavor and affect troop morale.
In 1887, a small town in King City, California became the first city in California to establish a coffeehouse. The coffeehouses of that era were popular tourist destinations for locals and visitors alike. The first King City Coffee House was located on First Street between Main and Olive Streets. It was owned by John Hutton and served coffee from a small pot on the front porch. In 1903, the coffee house relocated to its current location on Second Street between Main and Center Streets. At that time, it was one of the most popular business locations in town. The King City Coffee House continued to serve delicious cups of joe until it closed its doors in 1962. However, it is still remembered as one of the best spots for coffee in King City today!
King City, California is a city located in the San Joaquin Valley of California. The population was 3,813 as of the 2010 census. It is the largest NAPA County city by population and also has the distinction of being one of only two cities in California to be incorporated under a state constitution. The city was founded on December 6, 1853, by Captain George Armstrong Custer and his troops during their march from Sacramento to Stockton. King City's first post office was established on March 14, 1854. The name "King City" was taken from General United States Army officer Major-General Nelson A. Miles who had been assigned to lead the army's column that marched through this area in1849. This area had been part of Mexico since 1821 when it become part of Fresno County following its cession to the United States at the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo which ended Mexican independence efforts. In 1853 Captain Custer found an abundance of water here so he named his new settlement King City after himself and donated land for civic purposes near what is now Interstate 5 southbound exit #1 (renamed University Boulevard today). In 1860 about 350 people lived in King City; it grew rapidly with many settlers coming from central California seeking rich farmland around Stockton and Modesto Counties east of Kings Canyon National Park. By 1870 there were 1,500 residents living in what is now downtown King City with some businesses existing along University Boulevard between Second Street and Central Avenue North progressing eastward until they reached First Street where they continued northwesterly until reaching present day I-5 just south of town limits about 1930s when most manufacturing stopped leaving downtown for lack of space outside the old Shipbuilding Districts along I-5 that were abandoned due to pollution problems caused by nearby KGO-TV transmitter plant built during World War II Ida Mays House Museum: Ida Mays Home Museum features original furnishings including beds, chairs, lamps and other household items dating back to 1861 while her home still stands today complete with all three floors she used as well as two outbuildings - one used as a barn/shop and another used as a garage - both are open daily 9am – 4pm or $6 adults/$4 seniors/student kids ages 11 thru 17 & free for memberships @ www.kcmuseum .com

Tactical coffee history goes back to the late 1800s when pioneers in the coffee industry began looking for ways to increase production while minimizing waste. One of the first and most successful methods was to use pre-ground coffee instead of ground beans. This allowed brewers to save on water costs, as well as time and labor. Additionally, this approach helped reduce wastage because pre-ground coffee was not subjected to spoilage or contact with other chemicals which would reduce flavor and performance.
King City was founded on July 9, 1848 by Capt. John Brougham and his wife, Sarah. The town was named for the King of England who had granted it land in 1847. It grew rapidly due to the discovery of gold in California and by 1850, the population had reached 2,500 people. On October 5, 1850, King City became a city with a charter from Mexico. In 1861, King City was renamed Sacramento after the state capital in California. The first post office in King City opened on December 1, 1850. The town grew rapidly because of its location at the junction of two wagon trails connecting southern California with Nevada and Oregon. By 1870, there were also stores and hotels located in the city. In 1872, Captain Brougham died suddenly while exploring Gold Rush country north of King City; his widow continued to operate the town's businesses until her death in 1874. By then, most of the original settlers had moved away or died during Gold Rush times which left little legacy for their townsite today- only a few plaque reminders remain from those days
King City was founded by Antonio L. Garza in 1853 as the first town in Kern County, California. The name was chosen because it is about one-third of the size of Los Angeles and contains what is today the city's downtown area. The settlement grew rapidly, and by 1858, it had a population of over 1,000 people. By 1860, King City had become an important commercial center for Kern County and its surrounding areas. In 1868, the Ulysses S. Grant Administration established the Kingsville Post Office in nearby Garzaville to serve King City residents and businesses. In 1870, a water system was built to provide irrigation for King City's agricultural properties. In 1886, Captain John Sutter discovered gold at South Kern Creek in Kern County; this led to increased mining activity in King City and other towns along the creek throughout the next decade. By 1890, most of the present-day downtown area of King City had been built up; however, there remained some virgin forested land around the town that was still unoccupied until after World War II when it became part of Argonne National Laboratory's Forest Preserve
