Larkspur is a city in San Bernardino County, California. The population was 31,468 at the 2010 census. Larkspur is part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. It lies on the eastern edge of San Bernardino National Forest and is bordered to the south by Rancho Cucamonga and to the east by Chino Hills. The first Europeans to visit Larkspur were Spanish missionaries in 1769–70. A small community developed around Mission San Gabriel Arcángel, now known as Downtown Larkspur, which began as a rancho grant from Governor Manuel Nieto to Antonio Reynoso in 1827. In 1876, John Sutter founded Sutter's Fort near present-day downtown Larkspur after discovering gold nearby in what is now Riverside County; he named his new settlement "Larkspur" for his discovery site. From 1876 until it was incorporated as a city in 1912, Larkspur was managed by 4 separate municipalities: Doheny (1876), West Covina (1912), East Covina (1912), and North Hollywood (1914). In 1912, when Los Angeles annexed more than half of neighboring Riverside County, Larkspur became part of that annexation; it remains an unincorporated area today outside of Los Angeles proper. Larkspur has long been an agricultural center with citrus crops such as oranges and apples being grown; however, recent development has brought increased attention to its nightlife attractions and its potential for growth into an urban center within its boundaries due to its proximity to entertainment districts in both Southern California and Northern Nevada

As espresso became more popular in Europe in the 18th century, entrepreneurs set up cafes and started selling pre-packaged coffee drinks made from ground beans or syrups. The first cafés opened in Paris in 1793 and soon after began serving large quantities of hot coffee and pastries such as croissants, éclairs, donuts and pastries made from fruit or chocolate. During this time period, gourmet Coffee also enjoyed its true heyday thanks toommelier services which allowed customers to order any combination of oils/flour/sugar/coffee they desired without having to wait on a waiter or waitress. This was a significant development since prior to this time most cafes only served basic items such as water and bread. In the late 1800s however gourmet Coffee began experiencing increasing competition from other forms of café fare including sandwiches (which had become increasingly popular), buns (which were becoming more common) and even ice cream cones! Consequently, many restaurants stopped carrying gourmet Coffee altogether during this period although there are still a few notable exceptions including L’Atelier de la Caffale in Paris which continued serving high quality beans until 1972. Over time though gourmet Coffee has slowly but surely regained favour with consumers due mainly to its unique flavor profile which is often difficult To replicate elsewhere! Today there are numerous brands offering both cold pressed and roasted varieties of espresso across all continents with variations on each cup size (small=light; medium=medium;large=full). Additionally several roasting companies offer variant types of Arabica beans specifically designed for premium cafes such as La Colombe d’Or in Geneva who roast their own whole bean finesse coffees direct into small pouches ready for consumption immediately upon purchase while Bodega del Carmen within walking distance offers experimental blends using whole bean Sumatra Supremacy traded between several plantations throughout Indonesia) ensuring that everyone enjoys an excellent cup everytime!
