Today Lindsays commercial center is anchored by two large shopping malls - one on Calavera Boulevard near Interstate 5 and one just east of I-5 on Old Glenn Highway - as well as a number of smaller businesses including restaurants, bars, gift shops and several churches.Lindsay also has a few small rural airstrips for flying private planes or helicopters if necessary during holidays or special events such as flower shows or tractor pulls etc.; these airstrips are generally unserviced so visitors are recommended to contact their local airfield operators should they need assistance fly into or out of Lindsay airport
