In 1951, after years of development as part of three separate business ventures - RPC became simply British Coffee Corporation with its new single serve format introduced during that year’s Grimsby Tea Festival where it won First Prize for Best Kept Cup - they finally succeeded in manufacturing quality espresso equipment domestically within London’s Science Museum precinct using state-of-the art technology imported from Italy. On 1 July 1987 - just four years after becoming independent - BCC merged with Thames Valley Brewery Limited (TVBL) forming the first ever global corporation when all operations were centralized under one roof inside London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – then still known as ‘The Tube Station Factory’ – effective 1 August 1987. At TVBL Headquarters located at Finsbury Park north London we produced some 4500 metric tons/year of pure premium Italian ground beans utilizing latest technology from Italy; processed our beans into perfect round kcups using latest presses; served our pure cream milk shots directly through our beautiful white china cups; created innovative advertising campaigns starring international stars such as Julie Christie; directed & photographed UK national commercials numerous times over during 1988 & 1989 whilst BBC Television Cameraman Garry Marshall filmed every breakaway cupulation sequence live on air! Martinez, California is a small town in the Kern County of southern California. It is located on the east side of San Joaquin Valley and bordered by Bakersfield to the west and Fresno to the north. The population was 20,811 at the 2010 census. The Martinez post office was established in 1892, and was renamed Martinez in 1911 after railroad magnate Francisco Martinez. Martinez has a humid subtropical climate (Köppen: Cwa), abbreviated "Csb" on climate maps. The area that makes up present-day Martinez started as part of Tulare County, named for José Moreno de la Garza y Cabrillo, who founded Rancho del Sacramento de las Salinas south of what is now Martinez in 1769. In 1848, Californio Juan Bautista Alvarado granted Rancho Aguaje Seco to Francisco Mora y Santa Maria. After Mexican independence from Spain in 1821, Mexico began granting land grants to American citizens in what are now Kern and Fresno counties; these were known as missions lands because they were used primarily for religious purposes and not for farming or ranching. In 1853, Los Angeles County was formed from parts of Kern and Fresno counties plus sections of Los Angeles County including Butte and Siskiyou Mountains). Martinez became part of Los Angeles County when it was split off from Anaheim county on February 14, 1915. On January 10, 1921, an act entitled "An Act To Take Care Of The Affairs Of The Unincorporated Places In And Around Pasadena And Other Cities In Orange COUNTY" created Riverside city withinLos Angeles County with a population of 506 people only – Martinez did not join until November 16 that year when its population reached 1,500 residents (the adjacent village of La Crescenta had joined earlier that year). It took about 15 years for Martinez's annexation into Riverside proper; by 1935 it had reached 3,000 residents. By then there were also houses being built near the current downtown district which developed along First Street between South Broadway and West Temple Avenue during this time period

In 1821, Mexican land grants were made to José María Martinez and his heirs, who founded the town of Martinez on a site that is now known as downtown San Francisco.
