In 1934, a Mr. Haverkamp donated three pistols to the club and over time more firearms have been added to the collection including shotguns, revolvers and even an air rifle! Pacifica is a town in San Francisco County, California. The population was 24,827 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of San Francisco County. Pacifica is located on the edge of the city of San Francisco and is bordered by Treasure Valley to the south and east, Berkeley Heights to the north, and Daly City to the west. The first European settlers in what would become Pacifica were three men who founded a small farmstead in 1846: George Hillyer, William Richardson and John Pemberton. The land that would later be called Pacifica was part of Rancho Rincon de Santa Clara (now part of Marin County). In 1853, Captain Edward Everett Beecher located a stream known as Beecher's Well near what is now Pacifica Boulevard and Roxboro Road, naming it after him. In 1863, Captain James Wolkowitz bought some land from Commodore John Doolittle for $1 million dollars in what became known as Wolkowitz Park. This area now includes much of modern-day Pacifica along with parts of Tiburon Peninsula to the north and northeast. In 1905 when Bay Area Rapid Transit began construction on its system through San Francisco Bay Area it passed through Pacifica on its way between downtown San Francisco and Oakland AFP also built a line serving rural areas near present-day Westfield before terminating at MacArthur Airport in nearby Daly City

Pacifica is a city located in San Francisco, California. The population was 453 at the 2010 census. Pacifica began as an agricultural community on the east side of San Francisco Bay, named for Captain Phillip Parker and his family who founded the first European settlement in Alameda County in 1851. In 1865, Captain John Waddell laid out a town called Ferry Landing on what is now Treasure Island. The name "Ferry Landing" was changed to Pacifica in 1869 after Captain George Vancouver's voyage from Russia with HMS Columbia under Captains James Cook and Robert Gray foundered near Corte Madera off the coast of Northern California. In 1906, Pacifica became part of San Francisco when it was annexed by the City of San Francisco. The city held its first election September 16th, 1906, with Mayor William Randolph Hearst being elected unopposed. In 1916 Mayor Harry Bridges appointed Harry Tilden as Commissioner of Public Utilities which led to Tilden's controversial appointment of Alfred Payson Goodwin as head water superintendent for all five cities within San Francisco Bay Area - later known as The Golden Gate Bridge Authority - despite Goodwin's lack experience or qualifications for the position. After World War II, Pacifica experienced rapid growth due to new housing development along Interstate 580 and other advances in transportation technology throughout Silicon Valley and into Greater Los Angeles area during that time period; however, much progress has been stalled since then because Ofcom (the UK independent telecom regulator) has refused to renewPacifica's cable franchise until they radically improve their service delivery mechanisms including more customer focus on quality rather than price- gouging
