He started serving his coffee at his Café in Los Angeles in 1922. One year later, he opened up his second Cafe - The Blue Angel - on Broadway near Westlake Boulevard in Hollywood, California. It wasn't until 1925 that Captain Harry Dorgan started serving Tactical Coffee online at www.tacticalcoffeeonline dot com where people could purchase their cup of coffee with either milk or blackstrap molasses (a blend made from roasted sweet potatoes). In 1928 Captain Harry Dorgan moved his business to its current location - 701 S Santa Fe Ave #2A – just south of Highway 101 off I-5 North in Rancho Mirage, CA . He continued making and selling Tactical Coffee until his death on March 13th, 1984 at the age of 86 years old . His son Sheriff Harry Dorgan took over running the business from father’s ashes . Rancho Mirage, California is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The population was 1871 at the 2010 census. It is located on the border of Rolling Hills and Echo Park neighborhoods. The city was founded by Separate Act of 1850 as a rancho near what is now Echo Park Avenue and South Pasadena Street. It was renamed Rancho Mirage in 1907 after developer Edwin J. Morrow's purchase of the original Rancho Mirage land from Mexican landowners who had ceded it to them in 1853. Morrow built his first home in Rancho Mirage in 1909, and his son Donald bought him an additional parcel of land adjacent to his father's home in 1912. The Moresons ran their ranch until 1933 when they sold it to banker Lewis Riggs for $3 million. Riggs used it as a model for his own development called "The Beverly Hillbillies" which became one of Los Angeles' most successful suburbs after World War II but eventually failed due to overbuilding (). In 1984, David Wojcicki purchased the mansion that once belonged to Riggs from bankruptcy court for $50 million and turned it into an art museum; the Museum of Fine Arts moved into it from its previous location on North Robertson Drive (now Lankershim Boulevard) in 1988. The house still stands and is currently being renovated as part of the City-owned Museum District project announced by Mayor Eric Garcetti in December 2014. Rancho Mirage has been known for its tennis tournaments since 1915 when two local men named Harry Caray won back-to-back US Open championships there against Ed Smith and Bobby Moore

Rancho Mirage, California is located in Riverside County, California. It was founded on December 29, 1906 by Rancho Vegas Mexican National Monument trustees. The town of Rancho Mirage was established in 1907 as a result of the land acquisition. On November 15, 1909, the City of Riverside was incorporated within Rancho Mirage boundaries. The city experienced rapid growth and development until it became too small to support both residents and businesses. In 1912, the city annexed portions of neighboring towns including Cathedral City and Temecula in order to increase its population size. As a result of this annexation, most of the commercial district within Rancho Mirage moved from downtown to east Orange Avenue where it now stands. The original ranchos at Rancho Mirage were leased from Mexico for cattle grazing purposes only with no intention of developing them into full-fledged ranches. However, due to lack of interest from early settlers and government officials who saw potential for ranching in the area, there wasn’t much progress made until after World War I when some veterans returned home and started farming those parcels which eventually led to more people coming overland to explore the area that would eventually become known as Rancho Mirage. In 1915 James Hahn purchased 5 square miles (12 km²) near present day Temecula Boulevard in order to establish what would become known as Hahn’s Addition which served as an agricultural stop on Southern Pacific Railroad's San Bernardino Line northward from Bakersfield through Palm Springs and Hesperia into Riverside County
Rancho Mirage is a census-designated place (CDP) in Riverside County, California. The population was 1,547 at the 2010 census. It is located on the southern border of Riverside County and includes most of Rancho Mirage East Side. The community was founded by ranchers in 1909 as an agricultural town near present-day Palm Springs. In 1932, it became a Census Designated Place when the US Postal Service moved its ZIP code from Riverside to Rancho Mirage.
