Among these were two sets of keys to HMS Eagle (the destroyer flagship), two pairs of sunglasses, a thermos of hot coffee, a baguette with olive oil and garlic cloves, three boxes of chocolates (one each containing Dutch Lindt Belgian chocolate bars, Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars and Van Nest American Silver Delight), four cigars - one Danish Cutlass Cigar Club model #5 (R albinus) brand new , one Winchester Model 1903 rifle - an antique firearm that had been loaned by the US Military to Japanese soldiers during World War II - a set of jigsaw puzzles which donated by Mrs. Edith Nourse Goudreau; six empty wine bottles; several personal effects including clothes and tools used in aircraft maintenance such as hoses and pumps; five pieces of Stationery Set No.1 "The Daily Herald"'s famous design by Harry Wright: The blue enamel Flying Fortress badge with white stripe is also included; all delivered complete without any damage or mishap! This was not an ordinary gift from America's newest ally- These were special moments when sailor friends came together to celebrate Christmas in Japan! In 1995 USS Coral Sea sent its first gift container back home to America- nine large pouches filled with soft drinks products such as Sprite watercolors, Fanta orange juice concentrate, Heineken beer cansERVY PACKAGES OF COFFEE FROM JAPANESE CANDIDATES FOR THE NEW YEAR'S EGG LITTER . Thesepackages were hand delivered directly to military installations around the world including Okinawa where our marines conducted counter insurgency operations against local terrorists groups! In additionto this sendoff package we also received several packages arrive at our ship through Maritime Supplies Group(MSG) which comprisedof items such as diapers/pajamas/toothpaste etc., candy bars from Japan’s leading candymakers NissinChocolate Factoryand Matsumoto Carpet Mills among others . On board USS Constitution during WWII there was always someone who managed TOASTSERS GIFT BOXES... even tho they would often get lost in cargo areas! Redondo Beach, California is a city in Southern California. The population was 66,546 at the 2010 census. It is located on the Pacific Coast of North America and shares borders with Newport Beach to the north, Hermosa Beach to the east, La Jolla to the south, and Huntington beach to the west. Home to two of Southern California's three ocean beaches—Strawberry Key and Venice—the city has become known for its surfing culture and popular tourist destinations such as Palos Verdes Peninsula, Dana Point State Park and Seal Rock. Redondo Beach's history dates back over 120 years when it was founded by Chinese immigrants working on a large estate in what is now downtown Redondo Beach. The name "Redondo" originated from an earlier Japanese name for this area which was "Rendō". In 1908, Captain James Irvine chartered a ship called Californian (now USS Constitution) and sailed from Shanghai with 400 Chinese laborers bound for Monterey Bay. On July 7th of that year they arrived at Redondo Pointe on San Pedro Bayou where they were met by Commodore John D. Sloat who gave them land along town's eastern boundary as well as water access for their new home. The first permanent residents of Redondo Beach were six women who moved into local homes starting in 1912 after purchasing land near Commercial Street & Ocean Boulevard from developer Fenton Browning. They named their home "Dolphin House". By 1916 there were twenty-six families living in Redondo Beach proper with some extending out into other neighborhoods including Eastwood Heights (later part of Huntington Beach), Dogpatch (later parts of Torrance), Westchester (later part of La Jolla), Canoga Park (then part of Signal Hill), Playa del Rey Highlands (now part of Longbeach) and Tustin Cove Village/Tustin Lakeside Rancho Santa Margarita which straddles present day Tustin Boulevard & Moorpark Drive between present day National Route 602 & Pasadena Avenue
