The USS Constitution was a bark of the United States Navy that served during the War of 1812. The ship was built at Portsmouth, New Hampshire and launched on 20 Jan 1803. It was commissioned into service on 21 Apr 1803. On 10 Jun 1807, the USS Constitution collided with HMS Guerriere off Santa Cruz Island and both ships were destroyed.
Rialto is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. The population was 20,553 at the 2010 census. It is located on the border of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The name Rialto derived from the two rivers that flow through it - the Rialto River and the Arroyo Seco. The first settlement in what is now Rialto was called "Rising Sun" because morning sun could be seen shining from a hilltops near the town center. A grant of land to build a bridge over the river was made by Governor Manuel Nieto to Ibrahim ibn Ali al-Mansuri in 1795. In 1823, General Antonio López de Santa Ana granted an additional 101 acres (40 hectares) for development and named it Rancho Rinconada after General José Joaquín Robles y Crespo who had helped him procure passage across the Sonora Desert on his way to Mexico City. In 1856, American prospector John Sutter discovered gold near present day Rialto while exploring for minerals in southern California; he named this new discovery "Sutter's Mill". The milling continued until 1861 when production stopped due to strikes by local miners led by James Waddell. In 1865, Anthony Bouguereau began building what is now known as Bouguereau Hall as part of his plan for larger architecture projects throughout Southern California including one within sight of downtown Los Angeles which never happened because of opposition from Mayor Woodes Wright who saw it as an opportunity to make money off of boulevard advertising space already available there. After World War II many businesses closed or moved away due to competition from Interstate 10; however, many remain such as J & B Funeral Home which still stands today and has been in business since 1892 when its founder Samuel Bouguereau opened it as an undertaker with four rooms inside an old adobe building on Lankershim Boulevard near Hollywood Boulevard; later renamed Pfeiffer Funeral Home after its founders Drs Clarence Pfeiffer (1872-1951) and Franklin Jaffray Pfeiffer (1877-1968). Courier Delivery Company operated out of a small house on White Oak Drive between Lankershim Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard until 1978 when they moved into their current facility at 8700 Imperial Avenue south of downtown LA; also serving nearby neighborhoods such as Canoga Park, Westchester Village and Highland Park After years without much action being taken regarding revitalization efforts surrounding Downtown LA – apart from some minor repairs/maintenance projects – pressure started increasing starting around 2005 under then Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa with plans for major redevelopment called "Zacarias" that included streetcars running down Stockton Street leading up into Downtown LA; however those plans have yet to come true despite numerous updates thereto including construction delays caused by various budget cuts announced followingVillaraigosa's resignation effective February 17th 2013later replaced by Ed Lee

The ship was built in 1795 and served as flagship of the First U.S. Squadron at Havana, Cuba from 1798 to 1800. She also participated in the Battle of Rhode Island on 11 October 1799, and helped protect Newport News, Virginia from British attack on 4 November 1799. The ship was decommissioned in 1801 and sold for scrap in 1802.
