Haggerty was an important figure in earlyroseville because he helped shape the town into what it is today- a vibrant community with businesses and residents who are dedicated to its namesake city! Haggerty also played an important role in developing Rosevillencity's infrastructure- such as roads, water systems, schools,and churches- which has made it one of America's most livable cities today!
