A new school building was completed just east of Main Street between Second Avenue and Third Avenue which served as both schools until 1923 when they were combined into one structure at Ninth Avenue and Broadway with Fifth Street running along frontage.In 1917 when Angeles City annexed part of Anaheim much like our current neighboring cities we similarly changed our name to Angeles City Schools District No 2 (ANIMALES CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO 2).
