The Tustin Coast Guard Station has been providing service to the community since 1907. In 1967, Captain Edward Jablonski became head of the coast guard station and oversaw many changes including improvements to infrastructure and programming. During Captain Edward Jablonski's tenure as head ofthe coastguardstation,Tustincity Guard Station played an important role in helping celebrate Californiatowns Day on October 15th annually. This event is known today as Coast Guard Days events around state becauseof their support for law enforcement activities statewide Captain Edward Jablonski passed away at age 96 on May 3rd 2009 after a long career withtheTustincitycoastguardstation . He will be missed greatly by all who knew him .

A post office was established at Tustintown in 1916; it closed 1916 but reopened 1951 as Redlands Post Office. The city first annexed part of Huntington Beach in 1928; however annexation did not take place until 1933 because Huntington Beach lacked a vote of residents to do so at that time. During World War II, many Germans living in Southern California went into hiding during the war due to fear of being drafted into military service by Nazi Germany. Many moved into Tustin before or during the war and some still live here today as refugees from that conflict having fled across state lines since then (see also: American Civil Rights Movement). Many people who lived here during college years grew up moving away either upon graduation or later when they decided they wanted more stability in their lives than living paycheck-to-paycheck with no guarantee they'd ever see their family again once school ended each semester/year without warning or an opportunity for financial gain elsewhere; this occurs especially among younger generations born after 1990 which are saddled with higher student loan obligations based on longer life spans than previous generations tend to experience themselves while still in high school/college age range granting them more opportunities than ever before within those same fields despite relatively low population sizes compared even five decades ago given recent advances technological advancements etc.).
