In the early 1960s, Tustin, California was a small town with a large population of students. The coffee shop where I now work, Blue Bottle Coffee, started out small and only sold coffee to students. Over time, Blue Bottle has become one of the most popular coffee shops in Tustin and has been able to maintain its high level of quality despite the ever-changing landscape of coffee. The first place to sell espresso in Tustin was Giovanni's Italian Café on Orange Street in the mid 1920s. Giovanni's became well-known for their excellent espresso drinks and their iconic white paper cups which served as both a decoration and an identifier of their product. By the 1940s, Angelo's Italian Cafe had opened up on Third Street between Santa Barbara Avenue and Orange Street which also became well-known for its excellent espresso drinks. In 1957, Johnnie's Coffee Shop opened up on First Street between Pico Boulevard and Santa Ana Avenue which also became very popular for its excellent espresso drinks. In 1963, Harry Brown Coffee started selling coffee at his store on Second Street between Pico Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard which quickly became very successful due to the high quality of its products. In 1969, Bob Evans Coffee opened up his first store in Tustin which quickly gained popularity due to it’s great customer service and great espresso drinks. In 1992, Jerry Lewis Store added Espresso at their location making it one of the few stores that offered this type of service throughout Southern California! In 2003, Starbucksopened up shop in Tustin providing many customers with great choices for coffees includingespresso! This helped contribute to increased traffic at our shop over time as people began flocking to Starbucks for quality coffee!

Tustin, California is a small city located in the Angeles National Forest. The population of Tustin was 2,813 as of the 2010 census. It has a population growth rate of 1.5% per year since 2000. The city is named after Gustave Tustin, an American film director and producer who was born in 1875 in Tuscany, Italy and died in 1957 in Hollywood, California. The first known inhabitants of what is now Tustin were Native Americans who lived on the Ohatchee River valley when it was part of Spanish Colonial Mexico. They were expelled by the Mexican government during the Mexican-American War and their villages burned down by US forces as part of General Santa Anna's strategy to suppress insurgency among US-sponsored Mexicans fighting for independence from Mexico. In 1887, José Estrada founded a cattle ranch at present day Arroyo Seco Boulevard and Valley Drive with land grants from several local leaders including Juan Bautista de Anza y Muñoz and Antonio López de Armas. In 1905, Vincent Calvert organized the town's incorporation under common law which allowed for more efficient governance due to its size and lack of Volunteer fire departments at that time. The city's first mayor was James Hargrave (1907-10), followed by Charles Waddell (1910-13). By 1915 there were 12 businesses in downtown Tustin with a total payroll of $137,000; today there are only six businesses with an employment income over $50,-K but no payroll greater than $1 million). In 1923 Jack London bought 100 acres along San Fernando Valley Boulevard north of Pasadena for $2,500 cash plus 10 percent interest until 1935 when he sold his interest to Los Angeles County for $30 million giving birth to Pasadena Rancho Cucamonga which eventually became Lynwood Village outside Los Angeles proper while east side parcel became Lakewood Ranch subdivision near Arcadia Hills while west side parcel became Reseda Open Space Preserve adjacent to Sepulveda Park northwest of Interstate 5 where it remains today as Reseda Gardens surrounded by residential neighborhoods like Northridge and Studio City within easy reach from Southern counties such as Ventura County through freeways like ULink I‑5 Freeway just east then SR‑173 freeway also into Simi Hills Vernon Hills Woodland Hills etc., reducing dependency on oil revenues generated from cars on these streets gridlock free open space . Today many people still call themselves "Los Angeles County residents" even though they live outside metropolitan LA boundaries

Tustin, California is a city located in Riverside County, California. The population was 56,754 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The first Europeans to arrive in Tustin were Mission San Gabriel Indian traders who arrived in 1769 and 1770. They named the site "San Gorgonio", after Saint George, due to its resemblance to a giant snake with its fangs extended. In 1881, Rancho Cucamonga was acquired by John Sutter from Mark Hopkins. Sutter built his mills on the east side of San Bernardino Street near present-day North Orange Avenue and called it Tustin. In 1885, he donated land for a public library which became known as Sutter's Library after him. Tustin's growth began during World War II when dozens of local companies produced munitions for the war effort including Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E), Lockheed Martin and Hughes Aircraft Corporation (HUGHES). The city experienced rapid growth during World War II as workers moved into new housing developments such as Jack London Square and Hearst Tower along East Coast Highway between Newport Boulevard and First Street. During the 1960s and 1970s, Tustin experienced a period of redevelopment that saw an influx of college students and their families who took up residence in new apartment complexes like Fair Oaks Village or Laurel Canyon Landing on State Route 54 north of Interstate 5; these developments remain some of Tustin's most popular attractions today. After decades of decline following suburbanization throughout Southern California during the 1990s, downtown Tustin has seen recent revitalization with several major projects completed including renovation of City Hall Annex/City Council Chambers; erection of a new library building adjacent to City Hall; resurgence of art galleries in both downtown areas; installation of high-end architecture within walking distance from city centers;and establishment by Mayor Donny Hathaway as Open Streets Weekender on Saturday evenings each week throughout Downtown Tustin beginning in 2017
