Businesses have also been established here after relocation including Microsoft Corporation's former headquarters which still stands next to State Highway 95 east of downtown; Pixar Animation Studios' Headquarters which is near Interstate 5; and HBO's new headquarters which is located right off I-5 just north of downtown Vista
