On September 2nd 1945 General MacArthur issued Order Number One giving effect thereto stating “All Japanese citizens found beyond our original lines must surrenders without delay... any Japanese person discovered within these boundaries will be reported immediately… No quarter will be given… Persons assisting Japanese nationals will also be punished”..
