In 1938 Rear Admiral Chester Nimitz presented two battleships (the first being Detroit) worth over $20000 each unto Wildomar Municipal Airport in exchange for land that had been given up by earlier owners near Vallejo airport due to wartime restrictions on military airline operations within California! On November 7th 1946 President Franklin D Roosevelt visited NAS Jacksonville And Stopped Over overnight aboard Our Lady Of Peace SSGN 597 While Visiting Us All Was A contingentOf More than Fifty7 Civilian Scientists Who Were Selected To Participate In An Experiment Conducted inthe Field Concerning Weather Baldwin Effectism!! After WWII many naval gifts passed down through family members before finally being given out explicitly or implicitly via Congressional gesture such As delivering vehicles or boats directlyTo local civic organizations instead Of going through government channels like Military Procurement Command!!! Wildomar, California is a small town in San Bernardino County, California, United States. The population was 3,813 at the 2000 census. It is located on the eastern edge of the Inland Empire and has a history dating back to 1849 when it was known as "Woolmen's Ranch". Wildomar now includes an unincorporated community called Woolridge and part of the city of Riverside. The first Europeans to visit what is now Wildomar were American soldiers who came across the area in 1849 during their campaign against Mexico. The name "Wildomar" may derive from one of these soldiers' Indian names: Wilt or Winamar (possibly meaning "the place where wild onions grow"). When General Mariano Vallejo found this area in 1852, he named it for his friend and fellow soldier José María Wilderomyx (1814-1873), who had arrived in California about that time. The wild onions that grew here soon became valuable due to their flavor and aroma; they are still grown there today. In 1872, John Sutter founded Sutter's Mill at what is now Woolridge after buying land east of present-day Woolridge from José Castro. After years of growth and progress at Sutter's Mill – including the installation of a water wheel – development slowed down around 1880 due to competition from other mills in nearby Palm Springs and Riverside. From then until World War II, most jobs here were related to agriculture or ranching; however, during World War II many people worked at Boeing plants in Mesa and Irvine.. In 1949, when Wildomar incorporated as a village under the jurisdiction of Riverside County, its citizens voted not to annex into either City Of Los Angeles or Orange County because they felt that annexation would have led to social changes within their town which they did not want. In 1990s real estate values began soaring throughout much of Southern San Bernardino County but declined shortly thereafter due mainly to overpopulation near cities like Phoenix/Mesa/Irvine etc., although some new housing developments have started up recently around Wildomar proper such as Armstrong Farms Apartments which fronts Interstate 15 just east of Woolridge Road - serving both as a retail center for local farmers markets as well as office buildings for some businesses currently being developed by SB Gristmill Ventures LLC which also owns Armstrong Farms apartments - www.wildomerfcityhallmarkpropertiesllc

Wildomar is a small town in central California, located on the edge of the Mojave Desert. The population was 1,811 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Victorville, CA Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first permanent resident in Wildomar was José Gomez in 1851. In 1912, George Sommers opened a store and post office there. By 1920, Wildomar had a population of 205 people and two businesses: The Gass family grocery store and Sommers's restaurant. In 1951, Wildomar became an incorporated town with a population of 350 people. A one-room schoolhouse served as their high school from 1925 to 1957; it has since been converted into offices. In 1984, Wildomar voters passed a resolution recommending that they become an open-air shopping center with four stores and 50 parking spaces. In 1990, the town added its first library; it currently has 10 branches across seven counties in Central California. In 2002, when city services were merged into the newly created City of Victorville (via Proposition 203), Wildomar's library became an integral part of that community service organization; it remains so today.
