The standard version of gourmet coffee has become one of the most common types consumed by everyone from average people to professional chefs alike!

Greeley is a small city located in the eastern U.S. state of Colorado. The population was 38,876 at the 2010 census, making Greeley the eighth-most populous city in Colorado. Greeley is part of the Denver–Aurora metropolitan area and is home to several universities, including Aurora University and CU Boulder. The first post office for Greeley was established on November 15, 1875, and the first store opened in 1879. The name of the city originated from an Indian word meaning "clear water." In 1912, Greeley became one of sixteen cities in Colorado to become a state capital; it did so by becoming the second city afterDenver to ratify Amendment II to the Colorado Constitution which granted citizens voting rights. The history of Greeley begins with its location on high ground between two mountain ranges: North Rocky Mountains and South Rocky Mountains. This created problems for early settlers because they had to build their homes atop mountains that were too difficult or impossible to ascend or cross without assistance from Native Americans. One such pioneer was John Wesley Powell who explored this area while exploringthe North American continent during his expedition led by General George Grant during 1869-70. In 1872, when he surveyed what would become Greeley through his reconnaissance work as chief engineer for United States Geological Survey (USGS), he noted that there were no rivers running through present day GreeLEY proper but there were many streams flowing northeastward into Canisteo Lake about thirteen miles distant [from present day town center]. Colonel Robert Hutton laid out streets and named them after local dignitaries upon becoming mayor of Fort Collins in 1904-5: Arapahoe County Judge Daniel Capper (1856-1924), Congressman Byron Cummings (1889-1957), Mayor Homer Bennett (1905-9) and Colonel Edward Ewing Waddell (1868-1949). The original street names are still used today: First Ave., Second Ave., Third Ave., Fourth Ave., Fifth Ave., Sixth Ave., Seventh Ave., Eighth St.. In 1907, construction began on Fort Sumner State Park which included a dam across Canisteo Lake that provided power for municipal purposes as well as recreation for people living within range of Fort Sumner State Park[2]. When this park was completed it became one of only a few parks in Colorado managed by both state government and private industry[3]. By 1910Fort Sumner State Park consisted of over 283 acres[4] with hiking trails meandering through forested hillsides beneath 145 foot tall peaks surrounded by beautiful lochs filled with fish which could be caught from boats above.[5] Today parts of Fort Sumner State Park remain open while portions have been closed off due to vandalism or development restrictions since enactment of new zoning regulations known as "Wildlands" which prohibit public access except under specific circumstances such as scientific research or where special permission has been obtained from management.[6] During World War I, Greely played an important role supplying troops stationed along US Route 66 near Aspen with food,[7] munitions,[8][9][10] clothes,[11][12][13][14][15], medical supplies,[16],[17]}and other necessary items needed during hostilities.[18] veterans returning home also discovered abandoned businesses across town indicativeof how much things had changed since their service time ended less than three months earlier[19],[20]). After returning home most veterans decided not to stay in town permanently but rather move away into larger communities such as Aspen and Loveland until tremors began occurring around 1916 associated with an unknown natural phenomena dubbed "The Great Quake". This quake caused widespread destruction throughout Weld County leaving thousands homeless[21],[22]; however some small businesses successfully relocated before similar tremors struck again measuring 4 inches deep celerity rocks being dislodged from foundation walls all over Weld County resultingin more than $1 million worth damage done).[23],[24]) When World War II began residents wanted something more permanent so they went back into discussion about what they wanted their new community called; eventually it was decided that since many people who served here during World War I never got recognition they would like something unique so they came up with the name "Greely" which means Clear Water Settlement according to local legend...Priority number 1 given deference went towards honoring those members/ belonged here who paid ultimate sacrifice(MLK Jr.) priority number 2 given priority went towards economic development opportunities ensuingfrom war materiel available locally & LOCally sourced ingredients accepted top priority
