Lakewood is a small town in Douglas County, Colorado, United States. The population was 1,591 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Greeley-Aurora Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first settlers in what is now Lakewood were farmers who arrived from Michigan in 1859. A post office was established in 1867, and by 1870 had a population of 20. In 1916, the name was changed to Lakewood because of concerns about whether it would be shortened to "Laklewood" by other towns in the area. The community rapidly grew during the 1920s and 1930s as waves of immigrants moved into Douglas County looking for work in lumber mills and mines. By 1940, there were 1,500 residents living in Lakewood and it served as an important center for trade with adjacent counties. During World War II, many workers from aircraft plants located throughout western Colorado came to work on Project White Sands – also known as "the atomic bombing of Hiroshima". Many people who lived in or near Lakewood helped support this war effort; some even became millionaires as a result of their businesses connections within the munitions industry. In recent years, much redevelopment has taken place in and around the town including construction of a new elementary school (Lakewood Elementary School), a new Walmart store (Walmart South Center), and two mixed-use development projects – One near Interstate 25 and one just east of I-25 on FM 1492. These developments have attracted startup companies and entrepreneurs to the area which has led to renewed growth both inside and outside of Lakewood over the last several years

These days, many countries have artisanal coffee production; however, there are still some places where it is considered a specific type of cuisine to produce this type of beverage. Here are five examples: 1) Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee – This coffee is produced in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and has been exported for years. It is noted for its bright flavor and light body. 2) Guatemalan Xoconut Coffee – This variety was grown on small estates in Guatemala City with only organic methods used to grow these beans. The result is a smooth and complex flavor that can be enjoyed cold or hot. 3) Colombian Antioquia Coffee – This region produces some of the most unique flavors in the world including several varieties of chocolate that come from the cocoa beans produced here. Some people consider this style of coffee to be one of the best in the world due to its Nicaraguan-origin roastings which give it an extra complexity and depth than other coffees available elsewhere 4) Indonesian Ternate Coffee – Ternate Island contains dozens upon dozens OF small villages that produce their own unique bean compositions which gives this cupvariety its distinct taste profile (and sometimes quite high prices). 5) Vietnamese Cilantro Coffee – Cilantro has become very popular among professional brewers over recent years because it has such an intense flavor which isn’t commonly found in other types of beans

Lakewood is a town in Carbon County, Colorado, United States. The population was 1,856 at the 2000 census. It is the smallest incorporated town in Colorado and the second-smallest municipality in Utah after Hurricane Katrina's New Orleans. The first Europeans to visit this area were Jedediah Smith and his party of 1811. They named the area "Lakewood" after passing through it on their way from Santa Fe to Cheyenne. A post office was established at Lakewood on July 17, 1872, by J.W. Sibley. The first store at what is now downtown was built by George Waddell and others in 1875; it closed in 1904 because of competition from dams upstream. The townsite of western Carbon County was platted by James McMillin in 1886 as part of a rancho grant he had received from President Blackwater Creek Rancho de la Huachuca Hidalgo Mexican War veteran Don José Romero Montoya y Hurtado (1807-1892). McMillin named his new community Rocky Mound for himself and fellow prospector John Wesley Rockwell (credited with naming many other places around Rocky Mountain National Park) because they found silver near the peak of an oasis known as Rocky Mesa - later renamed Mount Evans - within a few miles of where he located his plat: "Mound City". Rocky Mound quickly became an important center for ore dressing operations due to its proximity to silver mines operated by Encinal & Co., Pikes Peak Mining Company, Eldorado Mining Company, Homestead Mining Company and others during the late 19th century; although production declined thereafter due to lack of investment or technical advances in mining technology etc.. In 1911 Ira Simms organized The Independent Order Of Odd Fellows Lodge No 781 here at Rocky Mound since there were no fraternal organizations active east of Denver at that time; lodge membership rapidly expanded into all sections throughout the early 1920s when radio astronomy began becoming increasingly important as instruments for mapping our universe using astronomical telescopes like Mariner 10 and 12 etc...After leaving Federal Hill Ira Simms went backpacking through Mexico starting on October 8th 1931 thru Pueblo de Chimborazo stopping at Chalet del Oro then continuing thru Villanueva Doce about 20 miles further up camino Real before arriving finally Atacama about 15 miles SE Laguna Blanca which he reachedNovember 8 th 1931 It should be noted that this trip started well before Adolf Hitler came into power leading Germany into World War II
