The Air Force Deployed Gift History Program began in 1978 when the USAF deferentially sent gifts to military and civilian leaders in Colorado. From there, it grew into a statewide program that benefits citizens of all levels of government by providing unique items and experiences for service members, their families and friends. Air Force Deployed Gift History is an annual tradition that supports the Military Family Assistance Plan (MFP) which provides financial assistance to military spouses and children. The program also helps support the AFB community by providing opportunities for visitors to experience our culture, history, people and services.

The event was held at the United States Air Force Academy Military Police Museum and was attended by military police officers from throughout Colorado as well as representatives from the Air Force, Department of Defense, and Department of Veterans Affairs.
Westminster, Colorado is a small town in the western United States. The population was 1,569 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Grand Junction metropolitan area. Westminster was founded in 1867 by pioneers who crossed the Rocky Mountains on horseback to found what is now Colorado Springs. The original settlers were German Lutherans and Methodists who named their new settlement after Westminster Abbey in London. In 1870, a post office called Westminster was established, and the town began to grow rapidly. In 1875, the first store opened in Westminster, and in 1878 a school was built. In 1886, a railroad station was built just south of downtown Westminister. Over time, Westminster became known as "The City of Rockies." In 1903, when Wilbur Wright flew his Wright Brothers plane across Kansas City's Midway Airport for the first time (the Wrights had also flown there earlier that year), he took off from Weston Field near Weston Village and flew over downtown Denver before landing at Long Beach Airport east of Morrison Lake (now Longmont). This event helped make Denver into one of America's major aviation capitals during World War I; it has been said that without Wright Boulevard being designation along Interstate 25 corridor north of Aurora Boulevard – which would have served as another airport – Denver might not have become an significant aviation center during this period! During World War II, many plants located in or adjacent to Downingtown were used for production of plutonium Manhattan Project materials such as uranium enrichment centrifuges and irradiation baths; these plants remain active today as part of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). One result of rapid growth during this era was increased pressure on scarce resources which led to problems with water quality issues throughout much of rural Colorado; however these issues have since largely resolved themselves due to advances in technology and better water management practices by local communities. Today, while some challenges remain - like heavy traffic congestion caused by heavy industry - overall things are looking up for Westminster: The city has seen its population surge over the last few decades from around 500 residents when it started growing slowly around 1980 to almost 2k today thanks mostly to annexation requests from surrounding municipalities including Loveland/Aurora/Highlands Ranch/Seville Hills etc., adding even more people into an already densely populated area! Westminster, Colorado is a small town in Gunnison County, Colorado, United States. The population was 553 at the 2010 census. Westminster was founded in 1912 by the merger of two other towns: Westminster and Silverthorne. It is part of the Fort Collins–Aurora Metropolitan Statistical Area. The name "Westminster" comes from the location on Arapaho Creek near where it crossed from Kansas into Gunnison County. The creek's current name comes from Spanish settlers who named it San Pedro de la Frontera after their first discovery in 1770 of a long chain of lakes called La Frontera Lakes that extended down to Denver proper. The original town site had been located on what is now Capitol Hill and Main Street in downtown Westminster. A post office was established at Westminster in 1912, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1969. In 1915, local residents voted to incorporate as a city with a population of 25 people under its control. On April 15, 1916 – more than three years after incorporation – the City Council adopted an ordinance establishing a police department and granting city privileges such as fire protection, building permits, and streetlights. On July 1, 1917 – less than one year after establishment – the City Council passed an ordinance authorizing the erection of a public library within limits prescribed by resolution passed by both Houses of Congress that same year without any input or debate from councilors or citizens thereof; this library opened its doors for use on November 6th 1922 (the day following Columbine High School shooting). In 1951-1952 new streets were added to downtown including Main Street which leads directly to Golden Sunoco station across Capitol Hill which also served as courthouse between 1911-1969 before being moved to Auroras Parkway next door; today’s mainstreet honors these early Streetscapes while still providing access to all types businesses currently found DowntownSuch Streetscape Development responsible for beautifying Downtown during Business Hours has kept many popular businesses open even when Aurora Blvd closed at night due mainly to Light Rail Transit operations
