After graduating from high school in 1911 he moved to South Florida where he worked various odd jobs until he found himself employed by Jardine Matheson Rubber Co.,later renamed Pirelli Tire & Rubber Co.,in 1919 when it opened its first plants in SouthFlorida At age 25 John A. Clearwater purchased his first rubber plantation near Lake Harbor which had total acreage equal to that of Palm Beach County today totaling over 640 acres (240 hectares). It would take him another fourteen years before he could build up this plantation into one with over 1 million square feet (90 hectares) of production capacity producing tires for American Motors Corporation (AMC), Ford Motor Company (FORD), Pirelli Tire & Rubber Co., General Electric GEICO and other automakers across North America In 1947 John A..A..Clearwater Jr built what is now called One thousand two hundred thirty-six Square Feet Building located at 6th Street NW corner Park Avenue Washington DC - This Building housed many laboratories during those days such as: Research Laboratories Department - started by Drs Charles Goodyear and Willis Brown Research Laboratories Department - started by Drs Charles Goodyear and Willis Brown Physics Laboratory began working on putting television tubes into cars using vacuum tubes developed here Worked with TV manufacturers including Philco Electronics Corpand CBS Television Corporation Laboratory also produced early transistors here Labeled 'The Manhattan Project' during World War II In 1957 Mr clearwaters wife Margie died suddenly leaving him with 2 boys aged 10yrs old And 4yrs old ] On January 8th 1958 Revd Alwyn L’Oreal de France came visit us living there at that time] We invited them all inside our home] They stayed 3 nights ] Revd Alwyn took pictures some video] After their visit we offered them a job if they wanted one] They decided not to go back to France ] All three boys went back To France after Their Visit And Started School There]] On February 9th 1958 Reverend Alwyn L'Oreal de France came again visiting us living there at that time] We invited them all inside our home] They stayed 3 nights ] Revd Alwyn took pictures some video] After their visit we offered them a job if they wanted one] They decided not to go back to France ] All three boys went back To France after Their Visit And Started School There]]

Clearwater is a town in Monroe County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,755 at the 2010 census. Clearwater is part of the Tampa–St Petersburg–Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first permanent settler in Clearwater was John Purdy in 1825. A post office called Clearwater was established in 1828, and remained open until 1905. The name "Clearwater" originally referred to an area within what is now Monroe County that included present-day Clear water, Lake Okeechobee and parts of Hillsborough and Polk counties. In 1888 the Miami Lakes Company organized a land grant from Spain to Nicholas Lousiana for $5,000. This grant was further enlarged in 1893 when President Grover Cleveland granted it to his brother-in-law Jacob Schieffer for $10,000 more than the original grant amount. On July 1, 1912 Sunrise Manufacturing Company became one of the first companies incorporated in Pinellas County with headquarters located at 12101 N US Hwy 98 (now US Hwy 41). Sunrise manufactured radios, televisions and other electronics products until its bankruptcy in 1984. On December 15th 1909 Clear Water had 571 residents as reported by the Florida Department of Taxation; this number increased by 343 residents on November 3rd 1910 due to Hurricane Wilma which passed overussing much of East Coast America on October 29th that year - making it one of only 2 towns or cities (the other being Fort Myers) along with Jacksonville proper to receive direct mail services through USPS during those days! The remaining citizens gathered around City Hall trying unsuccessfully to get their elected officials into compliance with state law mandating they provide street lights when no resident could be found who affirmatively owned & reported them... clear evidence that our democracy still worked even after a Category 5 hurricane! As summertime approached many people left town for fear of floods caused by overflowing Creek following heavy rains upstream from Lake Okeechobee.? At least 6 homes were destroyed& numerous barns taken down as well? However Mayor Claxton convinced his citizens notto leave just before Christmas but returned all supplies & equipment back home before returning out onto creek late Saturday night
