Cooper City, Florida is a city in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. The population was 53,711 at the 2010 Census. It is part of the Miami–Ft. Lauderdale–Hollywood metropolitan area and is located on Interstate 95 between Hialeah and Davie. The name "Cooper City" was given to the town by two brothers who were lumberjacks in nearby Jupiter Township. They named their timber company Cooper after one of their own clients, John A. Cooper, Sr., who had helped them get started. In 1916, when a road was built through the township and they realized that there would be no need for their company's lumber after all the land had been developed around it – they sold off all their holdings in Cooper City to various individuals and businesses who used it as an address until 1957 when it became its current moniker with 153rd Street running parallel to I-95. In 1967, when US 1 (now State Road 8) was created linking Hialeah with downtown Miami through Davie Avenue/State Road 8B/US 1B then known as County Road 7A (later State Road 8), Cooper City became part of this newly formed freeway system. Today highways 287 (coaster expressway) and 295 reach Cooper City from Hialeah via I-95; Sawgrass Expressway leaves I-95 near Kendall Lakeshore Boulevard just south of town limits for access to Sawgrass Airport outside of town limits; and Parklands Drive joins I-95 eastbound at exit 164 about midway into town before turning northwest towards crystal clear waters called Atlantic Ocean at Town Center Boulevardexit near Gables Marina Resort & Casino which has its own beachfront runway that services both private jets as well as Condominiums/Hotels ashore along with several shopping centers including JCPenney Home Depot & Macy's while most other amenities are accessed by way of Waster Creek Parkway which runs east from town limits paralleling state road 278 north to Interstate 95

This process gave rise to two major categories of automatics: manual roasters (such as Starbucks) and electronic pre-ground brewers (such as Dunkin' Donuts). In 1971, American entrepreneur Howard Schultz founded Starbucks Corporation with his brother Tom outside Seattle's University District during what is now known as First National Bank Square Historic District*. At first hand- pumps only dispensed cafe-quality water; however soon after Schultz opened up shop he began dispensing Keurig Koffee Machines which would provide fresh brewed coffee 24/7*! *This event happened on Valentine's Day 1971

Cooper, a philanthropist who donated land to the city. The population of Cooper City peaked at over 100,000 in 1950 and has declined since then. The first residents of Cooper City were Methodists from North Carolina who had come to Mobile to work on the cotton plantations during the1910s. During World War II, many American airmen landed in Marco Rubio’s home town of Stonington (just south of Jacksonville) and brought their families with them when they returned home. When war ended and new waves of immigrants arrived in post-war America, many people changed their churches and moved to Cooper City because it had become an all-American town with a large Jewish community that didn’t discriminatorily separate church and state. Today, there are just over 10,000 people living in Cooper City – most of whom are retirees or military personnel stationed here for various reasons including job security or tax breaks from the government. Although small compared to other major American cities such as New York or Los Angeles, Cooper City remains one of the most vibrant communities in southern Florida due its rich history both before and after World War II – its citizens have helped make it one of Marco Rubio’s favorite stops in his campaign trail!
