Deltona, Florida is a city in Osceola County, Florida, United States. The population was 31,865 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Jacksonville–Ft. Lauderdale Metropolitan Statistical Area. The area now called Deltona was first settled by Seminoles in the early 18th century and became a small town after being annexed into Jacksonville in 1868.
