Additionally, Starbucks Corporation invested in green technology which led to increased productivity by 1%. In 2001-2002,Arabica Coffee Company changed its name to Starbuck’s African Bean Processor Incorporated (SBAP). SBAP became responsible for all aspects associated with Africanbean processing including roasting and manufacturing as well as marketing across all channels inside Africa as well as beyondAfrica.
