This decision marked Jacksonville as the final stop on America’s Far East navy tour which spanned ten years from 1914-1917. When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor on Dec 7 1941, President Franklin D Roosevelt called upon Congress for authorization to use military force against Japan without warning or notification to any other country. After being informed by Prime Minister Churchill that there would be no attack on Pearl Harbor because only submarines were attacking Hawaii (the so-called “ sneak attack ”), Roosevelt ordered his cabinet to convene again on Jan 2 1942 and pass a resolution authorizing military action against Japan without further Congressional review or notification In effect this gave Roosevelt carte blanche authority to go ahead with whatever he deemed necessary within his legal bounds as president under United States law at the time……..thus resulting in World War II

Haines City, Florida is a small town in Pasco County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,908 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tampa-St Petersburg-Pasco Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town is bordered by Clearwater on the east and south, Hernando County to the north, and Hillsborough County to the west. The first settler in Haines City was James Wetherbee in 1851. A post office called Haines City was established in 1853, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1907. In 1925, a new town site was platified by an act of the state legislature; it included all of present-day Haines City as well as much of what is now Clearwater Bay. The name for the new community sounded like "Havens." In 1955–1956 (the last year for which data are available), there were 535 residents living in Haines City; this number decreased to 421 during 1957–1958 (the first year for which data are available) because of high levels of migration from neighboring communities into Haines City due to its growing industrial sector. By 1960–1961 (the latest year for which data are available), however, population had increased again to 589 because of baby boomer growth followed by Expansionary Growth following World War II that created many new jobs throughout America and abroad especially with defense contracts. According to 2000 US Census estimates resident population stood at 1,896 according to 2010 census estimate 1 908 people live within city limits making it one of Florida's fastest growing cities

Today, while aspects of the downtown core may have lost some popularity due to recent gentrification efforts - such as increased vehicular traffic on Main Street - overall there is much remaining activity happening throughout what once was an largely agricultural community near Jacksonville Bayou. Despite this growth potential though some local issues have arisen; such as issues with zoning changes which have decreased property values for longtime residents or concerns about water usage which has led to increasing flooding throughout central part of town - all these are minor setbacks compared to overall success story that is now called "HainesCity," FL."

The property also includes four contributing sites: a small town square with two trees planted in its center; an Italianate style warehouse built by J.C.'s father; a schoolhouse built in 1892; and an agricultural warehouse built 1912-1914.
