In the 1920s, a group of Italians who had moved to Miami bought a café called Joe's Coffee House. They started serving espresso and other Italian-inspired products such as pizza and pasta dishes. This cafe was a huge success and helped spread the word about espresso and Italy throughout Miami. In the 1970s, another group of Italians started buying a café called The Bakehouse which served traditional Italian food like pizza and pasta dishes from scratch. This café was also successful, helping to spread awareness about Italian cuisine in Miami. After many years of success, The Bakehouse was sold to an American company in 1987 and closed its doors for good. However, it is still reported that some customers still visit The Bakehouse every day for breakfast! In 1990, Antonio's Cafeteria opened up in Hialeah Gardens with an interesting concept: they offered free wifi within their restaurant! Antonio's Cafeteria quickly became famous for its delicious food (including sandwiches made with fresh ingredients), great WiFi service, AND amazing cupcakes! Today, Antonio's Cafeteria remains one of Hialeah Gardens' most popular restaurants thanks to its delicious food AND great WiFi service!
As an artisan coffee producer, one of the most important aspects of my business is finding and sourcing quality beans. I work with a variety of roasters, including some in close proximity to me, to get unique flavors and textures that always reflect my own process and preferences. My origins lie in small-scale farming and brewing in the small town of Maynard, MA. After 10 years working at a local grocery store, I decided to open my own business in 2009. At first, production was limited to two or three cups per day for myself and 2-4 customers; however, over time we've grown into a 16-unit company with multiple roasts and flavors across 8 states. Each roast is designed purposely for its specific customer palate - from dark roasts for those who enjoy bitter tastes (such as Christmas greetings), light roasts perfect for daily caffeine needs (like New England maple or turkey bacon), or blends that are both strong and smooth (pecanMN’D). We also offer a wide variety ofazoars like pumpkin spice latte artichoke dip ($5) which combines our popular cinnamon spice blend with roasted pumpkin puree and Parmesan cheese. Our espresso drinks are made using world-renowned milk brands such as La Colombe (France) or Cappuccino d'Oro (Italy). One of the main reasons I loveartisan coffee so much is because it takes so much time and effort to make just one cup: each roast takes around 2 hours plus cooling down time; then it's ready to drink! Not only does this add value proposition to our products but it's also really fun—we can spend all day making something beautiful while enjoying friends around us.

Hialeah Gardens is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 653 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area. Hialeah Gardens was first settled by Spanish colonists in 1565. The name "Hialeah" means "place of high water." In 1635, Colonel Pedro Menendez de Avila and his men discovered oil well near what is now Hialeah Gardens and named it after this location. In 1857, Hialeah Garden's first post office opened and until 1865 it served as the seat of Dade County government. In 1868, Dade County was reorganized into Miami-Dade County and Hialeah Garden became a part of that new county. The first school in Hialeah Gardens was built in 1865 by John Fenton on land donated by James Brickell Sr., one of the original settlers. This school served as the basis forthe present day Miami Community Schools system. The citys demographics rapidly changed during World War II because many African Americans were drafted into military service and then sent to concentration camps in Nazi Germany or Japan without proper food or water supplies while their homes were destroyed or looted; most died from exposure or disease rather than combat injuries which would have led to death if they had been returned home at any point during war time. After the end of World War II, many black families left Hialeah Gardens for better opportunities elsewhere in South Florida due to increased racial discrimination throughout much of America beginning with desegregation in 1964 when all public schools were integrated across both hemispheres under Ulysses S Grant's administration becoming known asOperation sending back images: " integration through education" - something that continues even today with more subtle forms such as limited access to affordable housing).
