Artisan Coffee has been around in Lake Wales, Florida for over 20 years. The coffee business started as a small mom and pop operation, along with two employees. Owner/driver Rob Juergens ever since 2000 has been roasting and serving the best artisan coffee in the area. In 2008, Juergens opened his own roastery called Roasters on State Road 507 in unincorporated Polk County. It was here that he first began to roast and serve his own unique cup of coffee. His wife Donna joined him as an employee soon after this opening. Together, they continue to roast and serve delicious artisian coffee until today! Today, Artisan Coffee is run by three amazing individuals who love what they do! They have a passion for their work and are dedicated to providing their customers with the best possible experience. Lake Wales is a small, isolated community located in Polk County, Florida. The community was founded in 1893 by the descendants of English settlers who had arrived during the 1800s. Today, Lake Wales has a population of just over 100 people and is home to a variety of businesses and services. The area around Lake Wales was originally inhabited by the Seminole People. After being displaced in 1835, the Seminoles moved to Eastern Florida and finally to Florida in 1765. The first white person to live in what is now Lake Wales was James A. Cook who landed on Lake Wales Island on December 12, 1824. Cook named the island after his homeland England – which he had visited while exploring South America. In 1892, John Wesley Hill purchased land adjacent to present-day Lake Wales from an Indian tribe for $5 per acre (1/2 cents per square foot). Hill built a cabin and began farming the land that would become today’s town of Lake Wales. Because of its location at an important water crossing point for travelers heading north or south on Highway 27, early residents developed trade ties with both Georgia and Alabama; they also hunted deer, turkey, hogs and other game animal populations near the lake’s surface waters. By 1902, when passage through the Panama Canal opened up new opportunities for commerce between Tampa Bay and points north,Lake Welsh became an important stop on road trips from Tampa Bay to Jacksonville Beach and beyond! Today, many locals still rely upon fishing as their primary source of income; however sportfishing has become more popular due to increased access to quality fish stocks throughout much of southeast Florida. Boat docking facilities are available at several lakes within close geographic proximity; providing visitors with plenty of opportunity for boating adventures not only during summer months but also year-round! Boat rentals are also becoming increasingly popular due to growing interest in cruising downriver into southcentral Florida’s wonderful coastal communities like Daytona Beach or Fort Myers!
There are a number of different coffee bean types, but the most famous and well-known type of coffee is Arabica. Arabica beans are from the top of the bean plant and have a higher quality because they contain more caffeine than Robusta beans. Arabica beans are roasted differently than Robusta or Sumatra beans. The first step in roasting is to roast for about 20 minutes at about 375 degrees Fahrenheit with a light touch so that the beans will not turn too dark or leathery. Once roasted, these Beans need to be stored in an airtight container for up to four weeks before using them. After being roasted, Arabica beans need to be ground into a smooth paste before use. This process can be done by using a blender, food processor or even your hands! After being ground into pulp, Arabsica needs to be brewed on medium-depth potations (about 2 ounces per cup) for 3–5 minutes with no added sugar until it has reached its desired flavor profile. Once brewing is complete, enjoy your artisan coffee like you would any other!

Lake Wales, Florida is a community located in the Miami-Dade County area of southern Florida. The community was first established in 1901 as a summer resort for the rich and famous. The name originated from its location on Lake Wales Boulevard, which ran through the community. today, Lake Wales is a small town with a population of around 2,800 residents. Lake Wales was founded by wealthy citrus growers who desired to escape the heat of Miami during the summer months. The Garden City Club—a group of prominent Floridians— donated land to make way for their retreat. The club also built several homes in what is now Lake Wales. The original purpose of Lake Wales was not just for relaxation but also as an educational center for children growing up around Miami and Coral Gables. In 1906, Driscoll Brothers School opened its doors in what is now the golf course behind Lakeshore High School. It became one of the most popular schools in Miami due to its excellent curriculum and natural surroundings. In 1941, American Airlines moved its headquarters from New York City to Miami and decided to establish an airfield at nearby West Palm Beach Airport. This resulted in large numbers of people moving into Lake Wales because they could no longer get military service or work away from New York City during World War II; this created more than normal demand for housing and businesses within the town limits since there were no other places to go after soldiers left active duty services throughout South Florida (other than Key Largo). During peacetime, however, many residents chose to stay put instead of moving away because they found it difficult to find housing or business opportunities outside of town when economic times were tough (the same phenomenon that has continued until recently). One example where this situation differed significantly from elsewhere across south Florida was that medical services remained available even when transportation links between towns dried up due to war efforts such as Hurricane Andrew’s destruction of infrastructure near Homestead Air Force Base). On July 1st, 1959, American Airlines merged with National Airways Company forming Pan American World Airways (PANAMIA) which would eventually become FirstAir Corporation (FALCON) which purchased Alaska Airlines on December 12th 1998 making it one company once again! In 2002 FALCON merged with America West Airlines Incorporated creating Allegiant Air Holdings Incorporation! On January 16th 2017 Allegiant announced it will be selling all assets within its parent company US Airways Group effective February 15th 2017
