The second type of Tactical Coffee was created by Colonel John Brownell in 1911 while he served as commanding officer at Fort Riley, Kansas Territory United States Army garrisoned near Wichita, Kansas Territory,western Oklahoma Territory USA during The American Civil War (1861-1865). This type of Coffee called "Cup o' Joe" because its mug featured a pictureof Ulysses S Grant on one side and Confederate General Robert E Lee on the other side withUSA flag flying behind them both -a typical feature for military cups at that time period! Colonel Brownell added java powder (or blackstrap molasses) after his initial roast attempt so that this particular Coffee would be moreflavored than regular Hammond's Coffee! The first cup o' Joe brewed at Fort Riley tasted very similar to today's Starbucks Military Koffee -both weak but flavorful with some nice notes notes about vanilla extract and cinnamon stick! This Coffee soon spread throughout much of western USA & Canada due mainlyto its great tasting & unique recipe! The first cafe opened up in 1991 and was called "The Coffee Shop." It served European-style coffee beans from Italy. In 1992, another coffee shop opened up called "The Coffee House." It also served Italian-style coffee beans from Rome. This store soon became known for its great customer service and delicious cup of espresso. In 1993, Tactical Coffee introduced their own blend of coffees - "Tacocoffee." This blend was created to meet the needs of military and law enforcement personnel who were looking for an excellent cup of java when on duty or during raids. In 1995, Tactical Coffee moved to their current location - a former bank building on Main Street in Longwood. The new location is larger and more features include: a bakery on site which provides pastries such as sandwiches and pizzas; an onsite café with 12 seats which can be used for meetings or ceremonies; cloakroom facilities; storage space for equipment; and trailer parking available for customers who need extra space while using their cafe.
Longwood is a small town in Polk County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,844 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Tallahassee–Lee County metropolitan area. The first Europeans to sight Longwood were Spanish missionaries in 1784. The town began as a trading post on the Muscogee Trail between Tampa and Pensacola. In 1821, it became a full-fledged town and had its own government. In 1905, Longwood was renamed after Anthony Burgess Long, an American author and editor who lived in Tampa then moved to Jacksonville before dying in 1903. In 1939, Longwood organized its own school district which included portions of Clay County around Lake Wales and parts of Polk County east of Interstate 4 (the old route from Tampa to Gainesville). That same year, it also annexed parts of Pinellas Park which bordered into Clay County north of I-4. As one result of the annexation, Longwood lost some congressional districts that had been within Clay and Polk Counties while gaining others close to Tallahassee. However, since redistricting took place in 2011 following the 2010 Census results (in which both counties gained new Congressional districts), all but two members of the current Legislative Branch are from within Polk County now rather than Clay or Lee Counties where they once resided. According to the 2000 US Census there were 1,844 people living in Longwood; 502 (-6%) were African American; 505 (+1%) were white; 9 (-2%) were Hispanic or Latino; 2 (+1%) were Asian Pacific Islander; 3 (-2%) did not answer their question about race/ethnicity; 211 (+27%) reported being raised Catholic or Protestant; 171 (+24%) reported being Jewish or Orthodox

To ensure that the coffee beans would reach his troops on the front line, he placed an order for 1 million Tactical Coffee pods. The coffee was so popular that even though it took months to ship, General Taylor was able to taste and appreciate it during the battle. The first tactical coffee pod was created in 1984 by a team of researchers at Starbucks. At first they used ground Arabica beans but soon discovered that when brewed with enough force it could create a rich flavor profile that appealed to military commanders around the world. In 1992 Starbucks began producing K-Cups specifically for use with military forces worldwide. Today there are over 200 brands producing tactical coffee products and each produces its own unique flavor profile which can be tailored to meet specific needs or battlefield conditions.
