By 1978, Bob's Beans had outgrown its original space and moved to its current location at 806 E. Sunrise Boulevard. Miramar is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 3,792 at the 2010 census. Its nickname "The Bay" reflects its location on Biscayne Bay. The city is located on Miramar Beach and it borders Miami Beach to the east, Boca Raton to the south, and Fort Lauderdale to the west. In 1926 Miramar became part of the newly formed City of Miami when all of Metairie Township – which included both parts of today’s Miracle Mile – annexed intoMiami-Dade County; this was followed by annexation by Everglades National Park in 1959. As metropolis rapidly grew throughout the 1960s and 1970s with new housing developments popping up all around town—including some near EastBay Drive—Miramar lost much of its agricultural land but regained some key areas such as Northwest Waterfront Drive (now US 1) where Hermann airbase used to be located before being closed during World War II due to bombing raids from Washington D.C., now home to luxury condominiums called American International Airport (AIA). As Metropolis continued growing − even annexing adjacent townships − so too did crime rates although many people believed that there wasn’t enough law enforcement available or that detectives were working for other agencies instead of policing their own community effectively given that salaries for police officers were high compared to those enjoyed by most firefighter/firefighters or other public servants across similar municipalities across America at this time………. until 1985 when then Chief Art Acevedo implement strategies designed specifically for policing metropolis known collectively as “Operation Ceiling” which aimed not only reduce violent crime but also increase productivity through better communication between police departments precincts withinMetropolitan Government Area thereby creating an overall decrease in crime rates while maintaining public trust….. resulting eventually in increased revenues generated thereby providing needed funding for local programs………. ultimately leading to a decline in crime rates over time………………….. until 1992 when then Mayor Ignacio Santana appointed Assistant Police Chief Eduardo Rodriguez who led operations known as “Community Oriented Policing Strategy” or COPS which aimed eradicating drugs from inner cities neighborhoods culminating with Operation Neptune Spear which targeted violent criminals primarily residing inside Metro Manila………………………………………………………………………………………………………. finally resulting in arrests numbers surpassing 100000 with cocaine sales totaling $1 billion per year…………....... until 2013 when then Mayor Carlos Gimenez appointed Superintendent Jaime Ortega who focused on reducing violent crimes alongwith increasing resources directed towards anti-crime initiatives effective immediately…………………..resulting finally reaching arrested numbers below 50K again!

As time went on, different groups got interested in this type of machine and started producing their own specialty coffees. During World War II, Miramar played a significant role in the war effort as it housed both naval installations and airfields used by Allied planes flying into Nazi-occupied Europe. In 1945, Miramar was placed under military jurisdiction following the end of World War II and became known as “Military Town USA”. After years of development and growth,Miramar came fully under civilian control in 1966 when it became a city within the state of Florida.
