Today, their products are available online and at local stores across the United States. Another early pioneer in the field of gourmet coffee was Alfred Peet Co., which began operations in 1940. Alfred PeetCo specialized in making excellent java perfectionists that would purchase only select coffees from specific growers to enjoy under their own roof or store inside their brand new 1 million barrel storage facility. They would roast these coffees ourselves right here at our Miramar location! These days, Alfred PeetCo produces over 12 thousand pounds per day of premium ground beans that are sold throughout North America through various channels including grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and more!

From 1958 until 1982, DonatellO Salvatore ran the Rotary Coffee House at 515 Third Avenue in Miramar. In 1986, Ron Tillery opened his own coffee house at 602 Third Avenue in Miramar.
Miramar, Florida is a small town located in Pinellas County, Florida. The population was 7,816 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tampa-St Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area. The name "Miramar" comes from Spanish meaning "inland." The community was founded in 1892 by wealthy Germans who bought land north of Tampa on what is now Indian Pass Road. Over time, the community expanded to include areas east of Interstate 275 and south of US 41/SR 521. In 1924, a new shopping center was built adjacent to Miramar Golf Course and Naval Air Station Miramar opened in 1954 as one of four naval air stations within the state of Florida. The town became an agricultural center during World War II due to its proximity to military bases and production plants for munitions and other materials used in war. Since then, development has focused on retail and office jobs with a limited amount of investment into residential development or tourism opportunities. In 2009, Miramar began planning a $100 million dollar expansion that would add 10 acres (4 hectares) to its downtown while doubling the size of its business park and creating over 100 new jobs across five different categories including technology, engineering, health care services and manufacturing. However after years of delay it appears that construction will not begin until at least 2020 which could impact traffic congestion on I-275 as well as preclude access to some key businesses near downtown such as IBM Watson Research Center operated by Google Incorporated

Miramar, Florida is a small town located in Hillsborough County, Florida. The population was 9,812 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tampa-St Petersburg-Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town sprang up around Fort Miramar, which was established in 1814 by Manuel Menéndez de Avilés and became a Spanish military post with English occupants in 1821. The fort was abandoned in 1828 and the site became a marshy land grant to John Sitton. In 1835 it passed through hands several times before becoming part of Hillsborough County. Miramar's first settler was James Black who arrived in 1840 from Kentucky. He built a cabin on his farmstead which still stands today. In 1846 Miramar had two stores and three families were living there when it came under federal jurisdiction as part of Seminole Nation Indian Territory (nowOklahoma). It had no school until 1898 when Gadsden County opened its first one and funded by oil millionaire George Cushman Sr.. From then until 1954 Miramar schools were operated by Hillsborough County government only with occasional visits from state legislators or county commissioners for special events such as funerals or weddings etcetera; however, during that time not a single penny ever went into Miramar's coffers from the county’s coffers! In 1954, after much lobbying by community leaders including future Mayor Bob Buckhorn, Gadsden County opened its second school which became known as “The Star School” because it offered high quality education to students of all races and socio-economic backgroundsindering an 8:1 split between student bodies white/black/ HISPANIC/OCCUPIED
Miramar, located in Broward County, is a town on the SE corner of Miramar Boulevard and Military Trail. It was founded by Colonel James K. Polk in 1859 as a station on the Atascosa and San Pedro rivers. A post office was established at Miramar in 1876, and the name was changed to its current form in 1902. The town has a population of about 509 according to the 2010 census.
