Shortly after, they opened their own café, The Dutchman’s Coffeehouse & Cafe, which served maga coffee until about 1975. Since then, there have been many changes to the recipe and process behind making this unique drink. Today, maga coffee is made using whole beans roasted fresh on site. This ensures that every flavor is fully developed and enjoyed. Additionally, the use of slow- cooking methods helps produce a consistently delicious cup every time.
Niceville is a city in Clay County, Florida, United States. The population was 21,747 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Clay County. Niceville is located on the Gulf of Mexico some 30 miles east of Pensacola and 120 miles south of Tampa. The first settler in Niceville was Capt. John Graves who built a cabin about 1825 on a bluff overlooking the bay which he named "Graves Bluff". This location became known as Graves Corner. A post office called Niceville was established in 1828, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1903. The town site that now makes up part of Niceville was platted by Henry Flagler on August 15, 1859 as "New Port Richey", after his initials H F G (Henry Flagler). He named it for his native place of Richey Beach, Alabama. The citizens of New Port Richey elected to name their new town "Niceville" on November 3, 1861 due to the popularity of Jacksonville's original choice for its new county seat, which had been given to Clay County by President James Kenedy pursuant to a special act entitled An Act To Provide for Union Affairs within Clay and Orange Counties . On February 16, 1865 – two days after Confederate General Robert E Lee surrendered at Appomattox Court House – Captain Graves donated 20 acres (8 ha) near Green Cove Springs to form what is now downtown NiceVILLE . Captain Graves Post Office operated from 1860-1865 with only one letter per week being sent - this due to high postage rates at the time! On December 11th 1865 local citizens marched from English Bayou towards Spanish Fort under command of Colonel Samuel Pemberton in order to demand an end to Reconstruction period slavery in Florida; they were met by Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest with orders not to cross into Georgia proper without permission! As they neared Spanish Fort they encountered militia along the way who opened fire upon them; six people died including Mayor W C McIntyre and three town guardsmen instantly killed! In early 1866 school started up again but attendance dropped because so many people were migrating north during those days!! One story has it that whenUnion forces arrived looking for Forrest there wasn't any evidence left behind so they inferred he had already departed for home!!!! Anyway niceville never really recovered from that day!!!!!!!!!!!!! In 1880 Isaac McCoy founded McCoy’s Mercantile store & tavern on Park Avenue across from present day City Hall where he served as mayor from 1886-1892 & 1893-1894 Methodist Episcopal Church also began services here from 1886 until 1902 when construction began on First Presbyterian Church which seated 1,500 people during its opening ceremonies July 12th 1903 !! Nowadays much Downtown activity takes place inside Old City Hallformerly known as “The State Capitol” also now used as Municipal Court Annex

Niceville is a city located in central Florida. It was founded in 1837 by General Andrew Jackson, who named it for his birthplace of New Orleans. The city reached its peak population size during the 1930s, with over 100,000 people living there. However, since then it has steadily declining populations, with only around 10,000 residents remaining today. Niceville has a rich history that can be found from its earliest days to the present day. The first settlers in what is now Niceville were French Canadians who came to the area in the early 1800s. They erected a small cabin on a creek and called it Noëlville-sur-Mer (New Orleans). The town quickly grew and soon had a school, post office, and two stores. In 1837, General Andrew Jackson moved his headquarters from Jacksonville to Noëlville-sur-Mer and began construction of military barracks there. Jackson's army played an important role in suppressing Seminole Indian attacks on central Florida during the mid 1830s. After Jackson's death in 1845, his widow took control of the military barracks and renamed them Fort Jackson after her husband's original home near Baton Rouge. In 1849 Congress passed an act designating Fort Jackson as one of five military posts along the Gulf Coast under President James Kossuth’s administration to protect American citizens traveling between Louisiana and Mexico City through Central America. In 1865 Major General John Wainwright established Fort Brooke at Niceville as part of his plan to secure Pensacola Bay against Spanish forces seeking to acquisition those resources for their own countrymen or other European powers interested in expanding their empires into America north of Mexico City. By 1870 Fort Brooke was also housing Infantry Regiment 2nd US Cavalry Regiment which patrolled Pensacola Bay looking for Confederate vessels trying to enter Mexican waters illegally before Ulysses S Grant could put an end to that activity

Niceville became a national capital of Florida in 1849, when Jacksonville was moved from Tallahassee to become the state capital. The city's first post office opened in 1840. The railroad arrived in Niceville in 1859, and the town grew rapidly due to its location at the mouth of the St. Johns River. By 1865, Niceville had a population of over 7,000 people and it became an important business center for the area. In 1892, Niceville banned smoking cigarettes because they were harmful to health. In 1938, during World War II, Niceville served as headquarters for Major General William Catton's command of all Allied forces stationed in Florida. The city skyline is visible from many military bases throughout Southeast Asia and North America during that time period
