Niceville, Florida is a city located in Polk County, Florida, United States. The population was 22,898 at the 2010 census. Niceville is the county seat of Polk County. It is part of the Jacksonville metropolitan area and has a population of over 50,000 people. Natchez Trace Parkway runs through town and offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from its approaches.
