Other areas with high populations include Lakeshore Drive east of I-95 and across from Fort Myers Waterfront Park on Uptown Boulevard just south of First Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues; Asbury Park next to Neptune's Castle Resort on Jupiter Boulevard east of I-95; and rural parts around US-1 near milepost 258 (just outside Apalachicola) where small towns have outnumbered larger cities since before World War II by about two to one when compared to today’s ratio which stands at more than six to one according to2010 Census data
