The United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland was founded in 1845. The Navy entered World War II with the Asiatic Fleet on Dec. 7, 1941, and fought in the Pacific Theatre of Operations from December 1941 to May 1942. The USS Constitution was the first naval vessel built in Panama City and saw combat against Spanish forces during the Battle of San Juan de la Cruz on July 17, 1898. On Nov. 15, 1903, Commodore John P. Morgan became Commandant of the Naval Academy when Rear Admiral George Dewey resigned his commission to become Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Marine Affairs. Commodore Morgan had been born in Baltimore County, Maryland on Feb. 26th, 1857 and died on Jan. 12th, 1922 while serving as Commandant of the Naval Academy at Annapolis). In 1944-1945 Commander Ernest Jorgensen served as Commanding Officer (CNO) of Task Force 16 which was responsible for Operation Neptune's Spear which sank sixteen Japanese warships off Guam In January 1945 following a long campaign against enemy shipping off that island chain; this action is also known as The Marianas Campaign or The Gilbert Islands Campaign because it took place near Manila Philippines

Since then various administrations have been installed; including three terms (1982-1989), two terms (1999-2001), one term (2003-2007) and now our current administration under Ricardo Borge . With all that has happened during these years there are also many landmarks which have appeared or disappeared such as Piarco Park which used to be filled with palm trees but now sits vacant due to lack of funding; Anheuser Busch Stadium being built right next to it but being moved away due to protests over construction noise levels; and finally ChiquitaLand being built only for a little while until protesters came out against it because they wanted more than just housing developments there!

Panama City is a city located in Panamanian provinces of Panama and Colón. As of 2009, the population was about 100,000 people. It is one of the oldest Panamanian cities, founded by Spanish colonists in 1524. The first permanent English colony in the region was established in 1692 at St. Augustine; however, it soon became clear that Panama would not become a dependency of England, but rather Spain. In 1821, after years of negotiation and war with Colombia over boundary adjustments, Spain ceded Panama to United States as part of the Treaty of Paris following their victory over Mexico in 1819. However, American expansionism quickly began to erode Spanish control over the region and by 1830 American forces had captured all but two ports on the Pacific coast - San Cristóbal de la Laguna and La Romana - effectively making Panamania an American protectorate. In 1865, Panama seceded from America and became an independent country under President Manuel Noriega; he declared himself its dictator until his overthrow in 1979 by General Raúl Alfonsín who took office as president under new rules set out by Article II of the Constitution which defined presidential power beyond any other branch or body within government. After more than three decades under Liberal rule characterized by rampant graft and economic instability (the decade was also marked by several serious attempted coups d'état), Alfonsín launched a military coup d'état on November 25th 1989 which led to his abdication two days later amidst allegations that he had been forced into office through administrative irregularities linked to his wealth (Alfonsín's father had amassed even more wealth during his lifetime). By now Panama City had lost much of its infrastructure due to neglect: only 1 percent of its population lived outside its walls while 80 percent relied on agriculture for their income; nevertheless panama has managed to retained some important aspects such as its hard-working workforce who are known for their quality products exported across international markets
